I am not usually one to come out here and say anything (as I work with the public and know how it is sometimes) however after this night I feel that something needs to be said about this place. I had just got out of the hospital and was wanting to grab dinner on the way home. I ordered online (first mistake) paid with MY card and placed the order. My husband went in and was asked for the card and ID. He was told that he would not be able to pick up my order as he was not on my card. He then had to get me out the car and walk my in to show my card and ID. The site called manager told me that he could not run my card now cause my name on my card and ID are different (just got married) WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS FIREHOUSE.

The environment is pretty neat looking and a cool theme. Its also cool that the company supports firefighters. The guy at the counter was super friendly and gave some great recommendations. I ended up with the beef and cheddar brisket. It was very tasty. The menu looked full of sandwiches I want to go back and try. We also bought a cool glass fire hydrant bottle of hot sauce. I tried some on my sandwich and it reminds me of a spicy ketchup.

Great sandwiches, very friendly staff, and usually short lines. HIGHLY recommend parking behind the restaurant on Dublin Blvd side rather than the south side of the Persimmon Place shopping area. Parking on the other side is impossible!

I visited at lunch shortly after store opening. The staff is upbeat and welcoming. I really appreciate their attention to detail when cleaning. If you have time, stop by the restroom. Youll want to take pictures.

Ive eaten here 4-5 times and at others throughout the country as well. They dont spend the time to make them right, and always seem to be sloppy. I feel like this is the only firehouse that has let me down.

Small sandwiches for a high price. $10 for a sandwich I can get for $5 at Safeway (and tastes better) isnt worth it to me. The staff was really nice, but I felt ripped off after eating the sandwich.

I went there on Thursday night at 9:30 and they were closed. Google says they are open till 10pm. This business needs to work on their online presence and posting accurate store hours.

The place has some really nice sandwiches. Close to the outlet mall to grab a dinner/lunch if the options in the mall does not appeal to you.
