Ordered the Greek Goddess salad. Asked for chicken to be added. Was told they were out of the chicken and offered prawns instead. Was surprised to find that the prawns cost an additional &10! Yikes. That meant I had a salad that was barely enough to meet the criteria for a meal and it cost $25. Not worth it. I would have appreciated being told the prawns (5 of them) would be a hefty added charge, especially since they were totally out of the chicken. Also, when I asked for change for a $10 bill the waiter said he couldnt do it because he didnt have access to the cash drawer. Huh? The lamb gyro was just okay, according to both my friends who had it. They said theyd had better at food trucks. Not worth the hefty price.

We enjoyed great service and wonderful food in the lovely back patio at Athena Grill, where the Mezés Krasioú (Loukánika, lamb souvláki, chicken souvláki, biftékia on bed of fresh cut fries) was AMAZING, as was the moussaka and spanikopita. Some reviewers think its odd that Athena Grill serves french fries as a side, but what fried these are! Cut fresh from potatoes with just the right amount of bits of skin still on, perfectly cooked, these fries are just right for enjoying the spill of sauces from the main dishes they accompany. Generous portions, easy parking along the streets in the light-industrial park area.

They do not have fresh meat here, at least for the gryo its frozen from a plastic bag. Its beef too. Dont get the lamb gyro as its like they just pulled some fatty pieces off a rib and threw in waaaay too many red peppers, gross. The beef gyro is just gross, frozen meet from packaging, onions were in large chunks, tomatoes with stems, wilted lettuce. This is really crappy food for a large cost. No sliced meet from a heated spinning rod??? WHHHAATTTT??? nope this isnt greek. $$$$$$$$$ for maybe something worth $4 bucks tops. Ive been to better greek at a togo place for WAAAAAAY cheaper.

My server was impeccable with his service. Having ordered Dolma, Souvlaki (which came with a salad) and Baklava. He brought each plate in succession as if it were a course. What was most impressive was his attention and promptness. My water glass was never empty and the next plate arrived as I finished the one prior. Unfortunately, the flavors of my meal were neutral to the palate. The location was within a business park which made for a quiet and relaxing ambiance. Furthermore, the landscaping is done excellently so that you can enjoy shade during an afternoon lunch.

Wow - some of the best Greek food on the Bay Area is served here. Ive been to Greece several times before and this place servers authentic Greek food. Their gyros is amazing and everything lamb tastes just excellent. I also love their tzaziki which is home made. Their portions are a good size but that also comes with a rather high price tag. Their outdoor seating area is lovely and usually really quiet. The radio plays Greek music and makes you forget time.

Just ate here with some friends of mine. I had the gyro plate, and it tasted great! The servers were friend and quickly took care of us. My favorite part of the dinner was when the owner walked around saying hello to everybody. He came up to our table and told us about his experience being an Olympic torch bearer in Greece. (Theres a torch on the wall so it wasnt out of the blue.) Overall, we had a blast. I look forward to eating here again soon!

This place was awesome. I believe there were a few greek people working while I was there. I had an awesome Athenian Pita which was chicken with peppers, feta, and tzatzíki. I thought the food had awesome flavors. At the end of the meal they just made loukoumades (fried dough with honey and almonds) and gave us a sample which were amazing!

The place was recommended to me by a person of Greek origin. I would never find it myself. I had "mixed grill" for lunch the other day and it was fantastic. The place was small and crowded but the service was prompt and food was presented nicely. The only disadvantage is parking space or lack of thereof. Definitely recommended.

I went there with a customer. This was a recommendation of one of my employees. The ambiente is very old-school, for me too old school. The service was ok but not special, although the waiter definitely recommended a great wine: the Artemis by Stags Leap. We had the rib-eye and as a starter caesars salad. The meat was ok, the...

Good ambience, good food and variety , casual place, outdoor seating. They have variety options for vegetarians chicken, seafood, lamb, pork, beef. They serve pita and hummus upon arrival. We went for dinner, it was not crowded and we waited really long to get our main course but otherwise overall good experience.

Its an ok place. Gyro was not shaved but was made of patties which is super weird. Veggies on the side were in some kind of oil and were mushy. Salad had plenty of damaged/ bad leaves. Thats my experience. Didnt wanna take any chance with dessert so skipped it. WAY too overpriced for the quality and quantity.

Food is fresh and well prepared. I dined at around 4pm, only one other party of two. A bit unsure if this is self serve (directed to the counter to order and fetch my own beverage) then picked up the empty plates to finish the self service and pick up the dessert that had not been received. Wierd.

Hidden gem, great delicious greek food, serving lunch and dinner (same menu, but price for dinner is a bit more), indoor and outdoor seating, parking can be very difficult to find during peak lunch on fridays, lunch time inside is always be busy - so be ready to wait :) but worth the wait.

Great dips, got the trio for an appetizer with friends and the cheese one is phenomenal. The lamb gyro (forget the actual name for it though, it was very similar) was very yum and i was able to get in two more meals from it :) (some might eat all in one sitting though)

Came here for lunch with a coworker. Expect a line out the door during week day lunches, but just know that it moves quickly! Got the octopus appetizer and a chicken salad. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, and relaxing atmosphere! Will be back for more

A good place to have a lunch with colleagues or friends. I tried falafel plate and it was good. The portion was also generous. My friend tried lamb pieces and he was very happy with his choice. I will definitely try this place again.
