I heard a lot of big hype about this place (along with the controversy), and felt that I should check out their famous chicken sandwiches. I ordered what was listed first on their menu as a typical popular meal. I found the sandwich to be nothing special. The same average consistency overly salted, dispassionately breaded white meat patty in the middle of an average bun on an average sandwich. I did not find anything significant enough about the sandwich that would make me choose this over chicken sandwich offerings at any other fast food burger shops. The worst part is, chicken sandwiches are like the poor cousin if the burger in many fast food places. I expected their chicken sandwich to be the antithesis to the competitors limp boring fast food chicken. Instead, it was just more of the same. Nothing Special. The waffle fries however, were very tasty. Largely because of the interesting cut in which they are cooked and served. So go here if you want to try those, or if you find an average fast food chicken sandwich exciting.

Chick-Fil-A is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. Before Chick-Fil-A was brought to NorCal, the last time I had it was in Texas, about 10 years ago. Crazy, right? So you can probably imagine how excited I am that Chick-Fil-A restaurants are now popping up in random places in NorCal! Anyway, this restaurant in particular gets 5-stars! They are super fast and friendly. Before we even sat down at a table, an employee is already secretly following us with our order, fresh and ready for us to eat. How do they know who the order is for without numbers??? And food on the table in seconds? Literally "fast" food @__@...? Super impressed. They forgot our sauces when they brought the food, but our cashier Brittnee(sp?) realized that and personally brought us the sauces before we even noticed. Thank you!! Parking can be difficult to find during lunch hours, but drive-thru is available!

High Standard of Quality I truly appreciate the attitude that Chick-fil-A takes toward its customers and employees. I feel that I am respected and have value as a customer of this chain restaurant. The company itself appears to value its employees by paying them well for a high level of quality in performance. That being said, Im not totally a fan of the food. Its good enough for 4-stars. I feel that some people may rate the restaurant higher because the customer service is top-notch. This location is one of the newest locations in Silicon Valley and it is very nice inside and out.

My friends and I were so happy when a chifck-fil-A moved into San Jose! We go on a regular basis. Yes, the lines are pretty long at lunch time, but in terms of fast food the quality cant be beat. I either get the chicken nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich and I love both. White meat chicken at its best. There is also the new app where you can actually pre-order your food and it will be ready when you get there and you dont have to wait in line.

We come here always on a Wednesday night. We eat out because we go to Wednesday night service at jubilee. We always order the spicy chicken,they uses real chicken it not those other kind of chicken patties,these one are so good. I Order the chicken nuggets for the kids,they love them. Place is clean and Service is always good everyone is nice and friendly and they even walk the food to your table.

I have been to many CFAs across the country and this is not one of the better ones. They are inconsistent with their food quality and they are not as customer service oriented as most of the CFA brand. Dont have a problem here because the ownership could care less. I dont know how the person in charge received a CFA franchise.

Its Chick-fil-A. Still crazy crowded during lunch since its in a corporate plaza with Hyatt House and Brocade. Maybe the first Chick-fil-A in the South bay area when it opened years ago. Chatted with the franchisee owner Will; he helped open several Chick-fil-A s in So Cal when he worked in corporate Chick-fil-A.

The service is fast, and the food is great. There can be a fairly long wait at the drive through at times. They do try to curtail it by having a person walk the car line to take orders. I typically go into the restaurant to order. The staff is always very friendly, and the restaurant is clean.

Best boneless fried chicken you can get at a fast-food restaurant, coupled with prime customer service. The nuggets are my favorite. The milk shakes are also quite good. And, unlike many fast-food restaurants, the quality of the food (and the service) is consistent throughout the day.

I have eaten here many time since it opened about 3 years ago. My favorite was the bagel chicken breakfast sandwich. But for some reason that has been discontinued. People love their food because its fresh and always tastes good. Bring back the Bagel Breakfast Sandwich!

The usual classy Chick-fil-A experience. Friendly staff with personality who are good at their jobs, no matter the significance. They come by your table to ask if you need anything, clear your tray/trash for you, and are happy to chat. Chick-fil-A hires well.

Always love this place. My kids favorite among other fast food places. The people are great. With two little kids, sometimes its a chaos but in one of my visit, they are kind enough to offer getting the drink refill so i dont need to leave them alone.

Walked in around noon on a Saturday and the line was almost out the door. We decided to try the app ordering which worked quicker. Chicken nuggets were ok, but their fruit cup was actually very good. Was ok overall experience for a fast food chain.

My boss and I would joke that "they put crack in their chicken" (ie. because its so highly addictive). You cant go wrong with the chicken strips and waffle fries... best when theyre fresh out of the fryer! And dont forget the Chick-Fil-A sauce.

Great food, great service as always. Like usual they came by and checked that everything was ok and if we needed this on our drinks. The food was delicious. We love the chicken strips with honey, the waffle fries and the lemonade!

Homophobic CEO aside this place is so good! Fast food or not its just delicious. Fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh brewed iced tea, the most moist and flavorful chicken Ive had from any restaurant that serves fried chicken.

They seem to have MSG in all their meat burgers and salads. No wonder its so addictive. Probably the case with all burgers. Atleast they have mentioned it in their ingredients. Not a healthy choice, though it looks healthy.
