Terrible service. The manager is absolutely useless. They made ordering for a large party the hardest thing to do when in actuality it should have been easier. Instead of just taking over the register and putting in the coupon discounts he had our party bring seven people in line to do each transaction. All on their ONE register. I feel sorry for the overwhelming confusion the staff had to deal with and the people waiting in line through the chaos. Worst place for friendly customer service for sure.

Horrible place. Depending on the mood of their staff you can either get desired service or not. From time-to-time, I need a pitcher of beer "to-go" to bring it to potluck party. Sometimes its a no problem, but occasionally they tell you they are not allowed to do this. And whats wrong if Ill drink my beer at home instead of this dirty place. I did not get it.

Worst service ever. The completely messed up our order. They brought us the wrong types of wings. Then after waiting 40 minutes for our second pizza it turns out they never made. Thier floor are dirty. Their service is beyond terrible. I do not recommend this place.

If you dont get there for there all you can eat special..or have a coupon..this place is a rip off.. By the way when you get there all you can eat specials they skimp on the toppings on the pizza. The salad bar is OK.

Ridiculous price for a small cheese and medium all meat pizzas...I paid $39 with tax for pick up! Highway robbery for pizza. Round Table is good...but hard to justify $23 for a medium pizza!!

Rating for the lunch buffet only. Lunch buffet was not fresh. Still had an hour to go but you could tell the workers were not interested in freshening it up. Wouldnt go back for the buffet.

Terrible. Never staffed. Got the wrong food multiple times. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Buffet is always out of items and rarely replenished.

Great customer service. Place is clean and the food is delicious. Wish they had better options on the television instead of just soccer.

Food was way overpriced. Pizza wasnt very good. Flies on the salad bar. Best thing about it was the cheese/breadsticks.
