I visited this location on April 11 and although they were out of both NY Strip and Ribeye steaks I ended up having one of the best Fillet Migon steaks I have had. The service was great and the food was awesome. On April 15th my wife flew into town to spend the holiday weekend with me (Im in town for three weeks on business) and I was very excited to take her to the Cheese Cake factory for our Easter dinner. After being seated I ordered a drink and was brought the wrong one. We ordered our food and was asked if we would like bread and about twenty minutes later we finally received it. When we went to eat the bread we noticed we didnt have any other utensils other than forks and waited several more minutes before we received butter knives at which point we shared one with the table next to us who was in the same situation. I ordered the bone in Ribeye steak rare and when it arrived I received a medium well steak with burnt green beans on a plate that felt like it had been in an oven. The steak I received was a scrawny boneless cut that looks like they bought it from the grocery store which makes sense since they were out of that cut of meat on my last visit. Several minutes later my wife received her food and immediately noted the rather row rice they served her. At this point I mentioned to steak and green beans to the waiter and he sent the manager over to speak with me. The manager proceeded to pass the plates extreme heat off as an effect of being under a heat lamp and tried to pass off my medium well steak I ordered rare as copacetic. Eventually the manager offered to cook me another rare steak and when I received it it was refrigerate cold and looked as if it had spent about 10 seconds on the grill. The steak was seriously cooked less than tartar, it was basically freaking raw and once again there was the burnt green beans. Needless to say this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever encountered. Even though I had a terrible Easter dinner I was willing to still visit a Cheesecake Factory again but after I wrote their customer service department online I never even received so much as a canned email response from them. This company apparently does not care if you enjoyed your meal and could care even less about the lack of professionalism the manager displayed. The floor in the restaurant was also so greasy you could slide from one end to the other with a little effort. I not only wont be visiting this Cheesecake Factory I wont be visiting any Cheesecake factory, PF Changs or any other restaurant this company operates. The lack of customer care and professionalism is bewildering.

When you take your family out for a meal, you expect a memorable time. However, this wasnt the case at this location. Eager customers here were waiting for tables and after a 35 minute wait, we were seated in a large booth. "The problem started as soon as we were seated." Since our return from the Island of Oahu and enjoying ourselves at the "Waikiki Cheesecake Factory," we "assumed" this experience wouldnt be any different. Our table, had place settings for four but "everyones" silverware had "dried on food stains" on them. Our table "still had food particles left" from the previous diners. Is it too much to request that tables are prepared properly for the next customers? Two of our four menus had elements of food stains between the plastic pages. One had a spaghetti strand and the other had something green between the other. The unhygienic condition was addressed with our waitresses who offered her apology and removed our silverware. A few minutes later, their management came over and said it was brought to their attention and he would "address" the issue with their "busboy." A closer look at previous reviews, I discovered that this issue has been addressed on "numerous occasions and it appears that nothing was done to address the problem." "Evidently, the busboy still hasnt corrected the problems!" When our order arrived, we could see that the bottom of one of our plates had "bits of carrots" still stuck to it. "Really!" I dont like to criticize, but "I expect an eatery of this stature to at least have a high standard of hygiene!" I dont mind the wait because of the reputation of this establishment but "left-over food on menus," "stained silverware," and "dirty tables" is "unacceptable!" We kept hearing "Ill get you a clean one" from other tables around us regarding the same issues Ive addressed. "Sadly, our food was also not properly prepared from lukewarm soup, burnt toast, wilted salad leaves, etc..." We didnt stay for their signature cheesecakes! *We actually left hungry, because after all that we had experienced, we werent in the mood for finishing off our plates. All in all, we were far, far from pleased.

Mixed success on food, but SUPER SLOW! We just went here for lunch. My grandkids have to eat gluten free and the 4 year old is excessively difficult to feed. It took over a half an hour for our order to be taken and then more than 30 minutes for our food. With a wild 4 year old, this was a ridiculous amount of time. It was lunch time on a Saturday, so we expected busy, but it was an hour wait to eat inside(which does not factor into this review), so we sat outside. We heard our waiter comment that waiters are supposed to be assigned only 4 tables, but he had 7, so, clearly, they were understaffed. At one point, he apologized that the food order was taking so long and said it would be out in "a few minutes." nearly 20 minutes later, our food arrived. First half our partys meals and then, 5 minutes later, the other half. My grand daughters gluten free pasta(Carbonara) was super oily and lacking in flavor and was cooked to varying degrees--some cooked decently, but about half still hard. Gluten free pasta is not difficult to cook, btw--for the most part, its just like plain pasta. My youngest daughters turkey burger came out not as ordered(no onions) and the patty was hard; the sweet potato fries cold. My Jambalaya pasta with brown rice was really good. My older daughter liked her garlic noodles with shrimp(had plenty of veggies), but it was pretty oily. We got cheesecake to go and that was great. While I really liked the Jambalaya and cheesecake, I recommend coming when its slow and be careful what you order.

Horrible. Waited over an hour for a table, and then we waited another hour for our food. When we finally got our meals, my Asian Chicken Salad was as thoroughly soggy as a wet sock. After I sent it back, I brought my husbands attention to the waiting plate area with the heat lamps.. we counted five salads that sat there for over five minutes. I should have taken a picture! How do chefs not know that salads should be made dead last, not waiting (and should not be put under a lamp), while everyone elses food gets prepared?! Truly, this was barr none, the most unappetizing salad I have ever had. But at least I got to watch my whole family eat for another hour. Their complimentary "sourdough" bread was hard and terrible. Additionally, because it was my parents 40th Anniversary, my husband and I paid for a substantial part of the bill. I will never go back.
