Id like to think that all Round Tables deliver the same quality pie and better than average service, however, this paticular RT is spotty at best with the two forementioned atributes. Delivery times are abysmal, I literally got off the phone after it ringing for a solid minute (and then placed on hold - which is baked into their phone greeting) to be told delivery times are at THREE HOURS!!? There is nothing special about today, theres no Superbowl...no national pizza day...which is about the only 2 things that would make getting quoted that time acceptable and I made the 2nd one up. Attempting to circumvent the delivery time I opted to order for pickup to which the reply was 45 minutes....(normally 20)...My household ordered 3-4 pizzas from this place a month and this was the tipping point. Ill be placing pick up orders from the Port Chicago location (that has NEVER disappointed - completely meeting expectations of quality and service) the ratings if compared will show you theres a difference. Change your name to Square Table, Bill Larson would be disgusted.

If I could rate this establishment as negative stars, I would. The pies are just disgusting. There was so much sodium in just one slice of pizza that I thought my artery was going be clogged. I could regurgitate something from my rectum that tastes better than that round tables pizza. Worst of all, the girl that was taking my order couldnt even get the order right to save her life. How hard is it to understand that I was ordering a pepperoni pizza with sausage? As the same as always the best they could offer me for compensation was another pie in an hour but only after I drove it back to them. What do I look like a pizza delivery boy? By that time i was starving and couldnt take anymore of their excuses for bad service and food and ate only one slice of the dreaded thing. I could only manage to swallow one slice with the amount of sodium in that pie. Disgusting is inadequate to describe the overall experience.Not only was it bad but it was also a waste of $30

I believe in second and third chances; because everyone can have a bad day, right!? But this Round Table Pizza was bad news each time. Had to wait over 1 hour for delivery, then had to call to find out if they forgot us. Was told 30 more minutes and still no pizza, so we called back and got attitude. Attitude not only from sales clerk but from assistant manager even though I stayed professional throughout the whole conversation. This happened 3 times over a 9 month period. Would never recommend to anyone. No idea how they stay in Business??

Poorly customer service. I placed an order, and they had me waiting for about 2 hours, when I called back to see why was it taking them so long to deliver my pizza I found out that they never even placed my order, and they told me I was "lying" about the method I used to place my order. The "Super Manager" argued with me, and on top of that said I was a liar. My intention was never to argue with him, but he got at it with me. Unless you want to receive bad customer service go to this "franchised Tound Table" otherwise, go to somewhere else.

the food is cooked differently every time i order its either over cooked or under cooked.... when trying to place an order over the phone half the time the employees have no clue how to input youre coupon codes..... this roundtable on Baily rd Pittsburgh sucks big time.... but i still order ever 2 weeks because no one else delivers to my address..... if u can avoid buying from this location i recommend Ygnacio Valley Rd in Concord. been there many times and they never disappoint.

Recently remodeled location, several flat screens TVs however customer service was horrible, 30 minute wait for a personal pizza, went to the counter to check, my food was already waiting however the cashier was having a personal conversation with a "customer", dont even bother calling ahead, pointless, we called several times, got hung up on twice, once there we heard the phone ring for 30 minutes no one made an effort to answer it.

It took 2 hours for me to call and see where my pizza was just to realize the girl who took my order either didnt put it in thw system or cancelled my order. Of course, she was conveniently off of work by the time I called and the best thing the manager could offer was a pizza delivered in another hour. Youve got to be kidding me!

Its been there since I moved to the Bay in 97. Sometimes cluttered, dirty drink cups, and a salad bar with sometimes wilted greens or greens floating in a pool of water. My dressing wont stick to wet greens, silly kids. Surprisingly, their take out seems in order. Order take out!

Great customer service. Associate Charlie was great. She took care of our order promptly and was very pleasant. We love the pizza and love the customer service. I will continue to visit and would recommend Our WEST PITTSBURG ROUND TABLE TO EVERYONE I KNOW .

Good service and food but the set up, small benches table need to be updated they are soooo dinky (Im 53 &140 pounds and this is small sitting space even for me) if this place renovated & updated the decor etc. It would be amazing. The views are good too.

Honestly.. not impressed. Terrible half frozen salad & cold pizza. Asked for fresh salad & never got it. The salads topping were really sloppy & not appetizing at all. Step it up Round Table.. expecting better for a 10 dollar buffet

We had a large half pepperoni half combination, it was by far the best pizza Ive had in years. The only thing was that they need better air-conditioning. But the pizza AWESOME.

Filthy restaurant. Carpets never gets shampooed. Must be absentee ownership. I am surprised corporate does nothing about cleanliness . I can never dine in here.
