This place really deserves no star at all, I being a professional, having attended the best culinary school around and working/cooking for one of of the best restaurants in the area, am really disappointed with the service and staff at this location, to begin there was no one at the front counter , a woman came back to make a complaint as we stood there and after 5 minutes of no one coming out to greet is she took off angry, after we got attended we walked over to get our drinks and noticed some of the line cooks in the back coming in and out of the kitchen with no hairnet and no hat on the line wrapping sandwiches and other foods togo.. Also the GM has a nice attitude but needs better training on the bagel slicer because since it looks like the bagel was a bit to thick it did not slide all the way and she stuck her hand in to push it down.. As a manager in my past and present experience Ive learned many things especially to lead by example.. The last thing was that we noticed the coffees were all expired from 2 hours ago and I know this because I know how to ready the machines and the filters .. Also the line cooks should not be coming out to the seating area with a dirty apron to sit down and eat next to customers especially making a mess and dripping clam chowder all over herself... Presentation and customer service .. The GM should really be overlooking the restaurant as well as the supervisor on shift and not have both of them at the register the whole time ..

Paid $8.50 for a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich. There was one small scoop in the center of the bread. If thats the true amount of chicken salad they put on the sandwich they should trim off the excess bread and call it a slider. After eating the "sandwich" I had to go next door the Habit Burger for lunch.

Design is kind of too open for me - more like cafeteria, but stuff is friendly and accommodating and menu has lots of options. Outside could be dirty - people are disgusting and do not clean up after themselves.

I had the steel cut oats with strawberries and it was very good. Staff is always nice. Janelle is awesome. She is always smiling, pleasant and helpful.

For a cafe claims mastery in serving sandwiches they made the worst possible PB&J sandwich that one can imagine. I mean its PB&J how hard can it be?!

A few times they didnt complete the order but they try to make up for it especially if its a large order. Join rewards program.

Very slow service during the lunch. There was only one cashier on Friday lunch. Had pasta dish but very salty.

I like most of the Paneras. They provide healthy food. Reasonable price and some parking spots as well.
