Great crossfit facility!!! Family feel and not intimidating at all. They definitely scale the workouts for everyone who cant do everything. Super smart coaches, clean gym, and they have an 0830 class which Monday, Wednesday, Friday for people who cant make "regular" gym hours. Come to this crossfit gym youll love it.
