Ive been a 24 hr member since 1999. My son and I have been attending this location in the Brookdale shopping center since Feb of 2016 Its amazing! The kids club is the best. My 2 yrs old son is safe and has lots of fun. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is very professional and engaged with everyone and everything. She leads by example. The gym is clean and well kept. I definitely recommend this location.

The weekend staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have a corporate pass which I am allowed to use anywhere and any number of times. That person doesnt even understand what a corporate pass is. Even after the manager saying it is a valid pass he has problems with it. Even though it is a couple of minutes walk from my place I never go there, I prefer a center close to my work

The bathrooms are very dirty, stinky and the shower curtains are disgusting. The shower area is constantly smelling with bad odor and water doesnt drain properly causes for bacteria and viruses. They should really remodel and clean their shower areas. And provide towels and such!!! Health hazard!!!

I had really bad experience with one of the staff manager, her name Start with D, Deliema or Something, her customer service is really poor, when she talk with other race people her expressions are completely different. This gym is near by my home and i go there very often

Decent 24 hour fitness, not outrageously busy during the peak hours. Parking can be rough when people come in for their yoga or body pump classes around 5-6pm though. Suits my needs for proximity and wait times for equipment.

I converted from Ballys and it was a very smooth process. the gym is clean not very crowded and Staff (Bryan) was friendly. Lots of new machines and a separate free weight area.

The conditions of equipments are great. Its crowded at weekday nights but its fine. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. Only problem is that its not 24-hour open.

24 advertises this gym as a super sport when it clearly is not. Gym is small, overcrowded and does not have enough equipment; squat rack, Bench Press, benches.

even though they dont have steam,sauna,swimming pool, towels etc ,they have made this location super club and asking more fee and letting people down .

Should rename this location to 12hour Fitness. Other than that its a great location. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Everything is good, just a little crowded sometime between 7-8 pm. Usually need to wait a while for any bench.
