Joined this gym a few months ago and love it! I work mostly with weights/some cardio and I find this to be one of the least intimidating gyms out there. Friendly staff greet you at the door and are always available for questions. Only thing I wish were different, are the weekend hours. For those (including myself) who work on the weekends, there are not really accessible (8am-6pm).

The only thing that would make this gym better would be towel service! Its clean, the staff is beyond friendly and they have several excellent classes to choose from. I enjoy their spin classes. Its unique in that as a member you pay an annual due, this allows you to vote for the improvements they are thinking of implementing.

Dont ever try to cancel your membership. I was told I couldnt cancel until the last month and had to go in to do it. I go in to do it and they tell me I cant cancel and need to email their manager. Email address given to me is invalid. Absolute scammy behavior. Will never recommend or sign up for thus gym again.

Toadal Fitness has some of the best equipment you can work with. The staff is a pleasure. I would recommend this gym to anyone(especially older people). They are the best yet! hands down!
