Hey bro, you gona lift that? Ah the questions you will hear aside from clanking and slamming and the occasional grunts for attention. This is a 24 I go to. Its actually pretty nice inside. Outside.....better be careful, there are reported break ins and even if the security camera is directly facing your car, it still wont help! How do I know? My friends car literally got stolen like taken from the parking spot right in front of the gym. So hide your belongings and bring a theft lock just in case. This gym is nice but for the super sport name it is quite small. There are two half basketball courts which makes the design questionable and the weight room is a little bit on the small side. While there are mass cardio machines this brings you to peak times at the gym. This place is literally jam packed with people, sometimes working out but most times just lounging around in a huge group for no apparent reason. It slows down at 11pm! For a little comparison most gyms slow down at the 9pm mark like pleasanton on up in Sacramento. Theres just so many people concentrated in one spot it makes it extremely difficult to come and work out with open machines if you come during peak times. This is literally like 2 miles from my house so the choice is obvious to come here. Even though it is on the smaller side for a super sport and there are crime outside, it is a decent option for a 24

This review is for the customer service. When I went to sign up, the guy that helped me out. A tall young white guy (forgot his name), I told him I just wanted to sign up for a basic membership which he said okay. Yet, he was insistent on using a friends phone number to get a sign up discount. Which I didnt want to because I didnt want my friend to be charged for my membership which he insured me it wouldnt. I asked me 3 times and I remember I asked him mutiple times and he would always say it would be MY account and i would be charged for it. Then on billing date I got a angry phone call from my friend because they charged both accounts on his card. This is just plain stupid I swear. The only thing I asked him to make sure of and he either screwed it up or completely lied to me. That alone killed this place for me, how do you expect to keep loyal customers if you plainly lie to their face.

no nope never , over crowded all the time , gotta wait for parking for 15-20 mins average , ghetto-est area of the town , car got broken into just on second day there , they showed curtsy for couple of hours by sayin we do this we do that , went to gym to check the status of complain ,manager wont even talk to me , tell me they will call me ,no one calls me or returns my calls. my friends tell me his car got broken in to there after 4 days of mine and other guy tell me that he thought he was the only one whos car got broken into, went to get a new glass the guys says you are the fith or sixth guy in thos month with a broken window from that gym, smh. after all these incident they still ignoring a problem , wish they could do something about it.

My old 4 star review: Good part: nice and clean, newer equipment, great showers, free towels(!), - way, waaay better then any 24 fitness gym on peninsula. And I visited a lot of gyms in bay area: San Jose, San Francisco, Daly City, Oakland, I only know one other gym thats just as nice and clean, except no free towels, its in San Mateo across bridge. And I can confidently say despite somewhat ghetto area, it could be best gym in Bay Area, if it wasnt so overcrowded. And thats sad part. Theres just no way to do anything unless you go there between midnight and 5 a.m. I only work with my body weight, and its really hard to find free horizontal bar to do pullups. Often I have to wait 5 min or more just to do pullups. Unless its 4 a.m. or so.

Ok place to workout overall. Good layout, good equipment. Staff is ok. Most friendly, sometimes bleh. Its cramped a bit when busy. Avoid peak times, because parking is silly. Very few spaces and had to use Target parking lot across the street last time. (Whoever the city planner and/or contractors were who converted this from the old Circuit City and thought "Hmm Lets put a 24 hr gym here " should be slapped, clearly they didnt do a traffic study, bit I digress). The parking and the sad mess of a mens locker room (super funky dirty floor with wet towels all over the place not cleaned until their piled up 75 high) lowered the rating. A solid variety of machines which is nice.

Not off to a good start so far. I am interested in joining 24hr fitness so I signed up for a 3 day trial pass online and brought my pass with me to the gym and was told I would have to come the next day because it was after 9pm. They wouldnt allow me to use the gym for the day at all and was told I would have to come back the following day to speak with an associate to activate my pass. You would figure They would let a new customer access the gym for just the night but I was turned away smh

The member service is literally horrible. They will rip you off! You won’t notice it initially. They will make you sign up for everything expensive they have. I didnt know it was the new face of pressure selling. Giving false impression, they it can be cancelled if we don’t want. They will literally cheat you on face the next day, if you say if you don’t want those expensive useless services. I lost my hard earned money there. Never ever go back there. You wont get a parking any way.

Nice facility but parking is a big problem My car got window smashed and my purse in the trunk got stolen, under the security camera, I came in to complain but nothing get done, the front desk told me that happened all the time at least once a week. They charge us a lot how come they can afford to hire one security guard??? Now I am scared to go there in the evening! Thinking to move to another facility Be aware of those villains around you !

I visited this place yeasterday with my son. Just wanted to find out how much membership will cost. I have asked a simple question" what will be the membership cost?" The rep insisted to show me the facility with out answer the question. It feels like they want to chop of legs and arms. Be watch out anyone wanted to visit this place.
