VERY SHADY PLACE. DONT EVER GO THERE.I went for a 90 min massage with George. He sexually harassed me by making inappropriate moves, even after indicating not to do so through body language and finally I got up and told him to leave the room after I found his face very close to my face, with hands wandering where they shouldnt when my eyes opened. I was asked by the staff to calm down, when the matter should have been handled more seriously by them. Id advice no girl to get a massage from this person and staff must get rid of this guy. While I feel sad to say this to the entire place because of one guy, it was important for the staff to take serious action, which they failed to take. The whole thing tells me that the staff will allow such things to happen in this place and GIRLS need to be very careful choosing this place. Please take this review very seriously. Im lodging a police complaint against this guy.

The massage therapists are very good and friendly. I have been there twice and both times my massage was excellent. The only issue I have, which I encountered the second time, was I left a $5 tip for the therapist and the lady at the front points to a sign that has suggested tip values. I told her thats what I wanted to give and she started arguing with me and wouldnt take the money. She said you had a long massage it should be more. I literally had to tell her please give this to the man and left the money on the desk. Since when is it acceptable to demand a tip, last I heard a tip was optional. I really enjoyed my massage, however I think $5 is an acceptable tip. I dont have a money tree in my back yard. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude receptionist. You dont demand a tip from someone. I will definitely not be coming back now. She made me feel totally uncomfortable.

Queen Damned

Really relaxing place. I got a 70 minute full body massage (hands, feet, legs, neck, shoulders, back, arms, head... full body) and a 30 minute foot massage =100 minutes of pampering. It was a steal of a deal from Groupon, but I would have happily paid their full price for what I got. Only reason for 4 stars is because the layout lends to a semi noisy environment. If absolute silence is part of your spa expectation, this style of spa may not be a good fit for you. Also, sometimes, my session felt rushed, despite there being hardly any other patrons in the place (not like anyone was waiting for my therapist to get to them).

We ( couple ) were there for Swedish massage today. we both have lady massagers. The one who did for me did better than to my wife. After the massage the person on the counter forced us to pay tips. I was ready to give $3 each, but he forced me to give a minimum of 5. I refused to give 5 and gave only 3 dollars each. and the person on the counter said that he will not give us any more services in future. What an unprofessional staff? Is that the only one massage place where we can do the massage? . There are hundreds in this area and better service with better price. This was our first and last massage there.

My body was really beat and needed a massage badly. My regular masseuse was closed so I found this place on Groupon and Yelp. I was so impressed I came back again and again, so far 4 times and stopped going to my regular masseuse. Prices are crazy cheap here so I tip high cause I know the employees probably dont get paid much. Ask for Rose. I think the prices are set low on purpose so please be ready to tip generously (they only charge $40/hr.!) My next best massage was the Venetian at $120/hr. so go figure!

I wrote a review on Yelp saying how the couples massage was not very good. One lady kept sniffling and moved around in a rolling chair that made noise and hit against the wall. The actual massage felt lazy. The foot massage is in an open area and you can see and hear everything. Your eyes are covered but theres light shining in, too. Wont recommend or go back.

This is a beautiful hidden refuge in a shopping mall! The prices are half of what I pay at the fancy spa in the mid-peninsula, and quality of massage was just as good. The inside is spacious and tranquil, and service was excellent with good enough English speaking skills. I would come back every week if I lived nearby!

greatmassage with highly skilled persons. the only problem is the tip issue. i gave 10 $ tip and the reseptionist told me that this is not enough. it is rudly to say that. dont like the reseptin guy. over all agood place.
