For our anniversary date day we went on a 3 hour hike, so a nice massage seemed like the perfect thing to do before dinner. Hubby was a bit skeptical of the price here, but I think given the service and ambience it was well worth it. We both had the "relaxation" massages. There were many extra touches that made them over the top (warming your robe for after, warm neck pillow). Then we enjoyed the spa facilities. Would have been nice to have some more co-ed areas to hang out other than the foyer area. They really do provide everything you need. One complaint is that the make-up area is a bit too dimly lit. I would definitely return for another day of relaxation!

Decent facilities but lacking customer service and terrible reservation system. Ive been a "beyond " member for a year paying more than $100/mo and there had been more than one time Ive had to tell them that the mens side is unexpectedly messy. Ive experience multiple errors when trying to make reservations online (mobile site) and telephone agents giving me inconsistent explanation and assistance. This place is ok for once a year gift or service but membership does not have its privileges . Time for me to cancel.

Management here is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for Mothers Day and they made a mistake on my appointment without letting me know. Instead of trying t make the situation right, I had to call and check in. They have pawned me off like I didnt matter. If I didnt spend $400 for the appointments, I would want to a refund. I was expecting a 5 star customer service, instead I got a 1 star service, like I would expect from a "foot massage" place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Best day spa in the area - once you walk through the doors you feel relaxed and pampered! Love the spa facilities, including steam room, sauna and hot tub. They also have lots of showers for your use as well. All services Ive had have been great but I especially love the facials and body scrubs/wraps. If you get your nails done here I recommend lounging in the quiet room while you wait for them to dry completely - it cant be beat! Im a member and a regular for a reason :)

Just canceled my membership. They used to be an awesome spa. Loved this spot ~ Beautiful facilities, friendly staff, wonderful masseuses. The downside... beyond terrible reservationists! Reservations lost, reservations canceled, reservations under the wrong names, reservations duplicated... Its just crazy. Gets to the point youd rather not be bothered for all the hassle it takes just to use the membership. You cant get in!

Very dark atmosphere but not a calming peaceful atmosphere. Have visited three times now and have finally used my gift certificates in full. Hope I do not get anymore. Every single time the front desk receptionists have been "busy with their computers" and didnt even acknowledge our entrance. Last time the receptionists said oh you have $70 remaining. That might be enough for a tip. Seriously dont like this place.

Major disappointment and unprofessional! My husband and I booked massage appointment two weeks ago. One hour before our appointment their answering service called but without leaving a message. I saw the miss call and called back on the way to Burke Williams. They informed us the appointment is cancelled for the short notice. Its unprofessional and disappointing. Worst customer service ever!

I visited this spa for the first time today and loved my service! I had a pedicure with Coco which was complete heaven! I was planning on going to Lavande but Ive had mixed experiences there. For about the same cost you get a much better treatment, beautiful atmosphere and access the spa amenities. Im definitely coming back!

From the oversized lux bathrobes to the dim locker rooms to the cucumber infused water, this spa is relaxing. I completely enjoyed myself at this beautiful spa. The inside is dark, warm and has everything you could ask for. I LOVE this spa and would highly recommend!

Massages and sugar scrubs are my favorite things here! The spa is clean and the attendants in the spa are so helpful. It gets insanely crowded on the weekends hide away in the silent room for a nap! Burke Williams is my monthly get away!

This is a full treatment spa with various treatments from massage, baths, nails and facials. If you are going to the spa as a first timer, the chances of loving this spa is high. The problem is to wait too long for the service.

I have been a member for over a year. I love this place the pricing is high but I feel is well worth the service. I usually plan to be there an hour before and an hour after my massage to enjoy the facilities.

Very nice spa... great escape from the day. Swedish massage was above average (but not spectacular). Steam room, hot tub were perfect. Would be an nice touch to have a tv area (at least in the mens spa)
