If I could give this location zero stars I would. I checked in to get my sideburns waxed and the girl who was supposed to wax me was super unfriendly. She looked me up and down except wouldnt make eye contact, as if I were beneath her. I tried to be nice and spark up conversation but she was dismissive. So I just figured, okay shes not talkative or shes in a bad mood. She waxes one sideburn and it was pretty aggressive in comparison to the other times Ive gotten it done. She asks if I use anything for my face when I asked her if my cheeks needed a wax. I told her I used to use acne stuff back in July but it doesnt work so not anymore. Her name was Ashley, I believe. She then says, so you are not anymore? I told her no and she says, well Im uncomfortable with waxing the other one and I wont. I said please just wax the other one and I wont get anymore done. She starts putting the stuff away. I didnt want to walk out with one side done and not the other!! I pleaded, please just finish. She responds with, what was that? I repeat myself and then she repeats the question again. At this moment I realize she wanted to hear me beg! What the heck? What a horrible employee to be making me feel like this. So I got up, went to the front desk, where the woman says, I wont charge you for this service. What the hell do you mean? Im like shaky at this point that Im being treated like Im in the wrong. I explain to her that I dont use those products anymore nor have I for over 6 weeks and she dismisses me saying, no I see your skin is already pink, so I need to put a health alert on your account now but I wont charge you. I feel so embarrassed having one hairless sideburn and one hairy sideburn but mostly shocked that I was treated so horribly. I will never come back to this location ever and I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. They will judge you and hate on you, then embarrass you

I love LOVE love European Wax Center and Skye as my technician specifically! The facility is beautifully clean and all the staff are pleasant and a joy to see. When is the last time you thought this when getting s wax?! Ive even started bringing my daughter in for her waxing and shes had great experiences too. Thanks for taking such great care of me, Skye! Youre the best!

Easy to book a last minute appointment. They run on time for appointments. Tina was wonderful. Never had a leg wax before so she was great in explaining what she would be doing and very honest about the pain level which was minimal compared to what I expected. European uses a special wax that truly is less painful than anywhere else Ive been. And such a pretty purple.

I love this place!!! Jessica Walden is the main reason Im come here, shes amazing the best Ive ever had! The staff here is wonderful too, always polite. They have never been late in taking me for my app. LOVE this place.
