A sales guy came to our office to sell the promotion package for about $50 to try their 4 products. We bought about 20 packages. We were required to mention the package when making an appointment so that certain designers would not be assigned to us. The package expired in 4 months since the purchase date. The massage service seemed getting very crowded and when I called in Oct 2009, the front desk lady told me they did not have any open appointment spot until 2010. Since my package expired in middle Oct, I was told to call back before the expiration date to schedule an appointment with them in 2010. But then it was all answer machine ever since. I left messages to ask for an appointment and also submitted appointment request through their website. Never heard a thing. (Maybe because I always mentioned I was going to use the package.) Finally talked with a front desk lady after the expiration day. She denied my request for an appointment since nobody really put my name on their appointment book. Other coworkers also experienced the difficulty to redeem their packages and eventually we all decided to give up on the packages.

Wow!! What a wonderfully uplifting experience. I have been struggling for years to get back to a more youthful look and color. Well, I found my pathway ("Strada") in Jennifer, the owner. I showed her a picture of what my hair was like many years ago and asked her to duplicate it as closely as possible. Voila!! She made the miracle happen!! My hair now has the same depth of color tones ( by using dramatic high-lighting ), that I loved all those years ago. I dont how she did it but, now, she is my own personal fountain of youth. The extra bonus in this success story is the elegant style of the salon, the friendly professional staff and the wonderful choice of options to pamper oneself. So....if you are feeling the need of renewal, re-charging or re-vamping or whatever it is that makes you feel special, get yourself to Strada Salon and Day Spa in Willow Glen and make it happen. DO NOT BUY A GROUPON or any other service with this salon! I scheduled an appointment easily enough... they called me the next day asking if it was possible for me to reschedule to a different date. I replied it would be very inconvenient so she assured me they would handle it and to please keep my appointment time. Then 15 MINUTES prior to me appointment they called me with some story about how the machine was broken and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. Obviously I was annoyed but what really frosted me was the cold, apathetic and equally annoyed response from the woman on the phone. Her customer service skills were appalling! I wasnt offered anything to compensate my inconvenience.

Ive been to Strada twice now for facials, and I love it. The downside is that both times I called, it was difficult to book a time, and I waited almost two weeks for the appointment. I will take some responsibility for this, as I waited until the last minute to book. But, once I got there, the spa was quiet, not crowded at all. I was greeted immediately, offered a refreshment, sat in the back while the room was being prepared. The esthetician, Katie, has such a calm, relaxed demeanor. My skin felt wonderful after the facial, and she was very good at reminding me how to take care of my skin. I will go back again as often as possible.

If you want a great deep tissue massage then look no further than Carolann at Strada Salon and Day Spa. I have been to a lot of places and when it comes to deep tissue it is hard to find someone willing to put the effort in that is needed but Carolann gives you 100% and will cater to specific needs. We all pay good money to get a massage and we deserve to get what we pay for. So in closing the best complement I could give to a massage therapist is that you get your moneys worth and with Carolann you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Strada Day Spa & Hair Salon for my facials in two separate occasion and its a neat little place. A well trained aesthecian took good care of my skin and i left feeling rejuvenated. The place is super clean and welcoming. When i was there it was never too crowded which i liked and didnt feel i had to leave soon. It is close enough from our house which means i will be back again for more...perhaps body massage next. A good place to getting quality facial san jose has to offer.

I have been a client of the beautiful Strada salon in Willow Glen for several years now. Jennifer Hood is the best! Every time I get my hair done its like a little retreat for myself. I have a nice cup of hot tea and Jennifer offers a delicious snack plate with cheese crackers and fruit. I am a mother of 5 teenagers and its a appreciated break from my routine to not only get my hair done but enjoy the experience also. I highly recommend the salon.

I searched the internet for a place to go in San Jose, CA. When traveling a massage is my souvenir. I am pleased to report this is the best massage I have ever had. Sheryl gets to know her clients and works through any trouble spots. She is not rushed and takes her time with you. She has a magic touch! Definitely 5 star rating for me! It also is in a nice area and easy to find!

They have all the cutting-edge technology for body and face I left glowing head to toe! ASK FOR THE: Super duper Strada serum its amazing! Dont know whats in this stuff but my face is tighter brighter and less puffy.
