PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. I have NEVER written a review until after my experience today. The customer service was very poor and like the previous post before stated, this nail shop Discriminates! Please be aware that Tyler (the store owner, I assume) and particular staff will refuse service to you based on you nationality and render you poor service at a high cost. To all my hard working women out there working diligently day in and day out, looking for a clean, professional and friendly environment that accepts ALL without bias, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE..please dont come here. You dont deserve this! Your mom, sister, cousin, gender neutral friends, hell even your ENEMY doesnt deserve this treatment of customer service. Seriously, They dont deserve YOU or your hard earned money! Read all the reviews in Yelp and Google very well and you will see I am not alone. I Hope this honest review helps your judgement and saves your nails! Sincerely, A Woman who knows her worth!

Ill let you be the judge, and this place is huge and awesome, there is a 14 chairs for manicures and nails and theres 14 chairs for pedicures so theres a lot of people working there which is nice. My pedicure I dont feel looks very nice but my nails are exactly what I was hoping for. A girl at work recommended that I go there its far from my house but for the nails its definitely worth driving across town for, the next time maybe I could get a different person to do my nails or just go to a different place because all my toenails are the different shapes you could see the polish that she left on my toenails from the previous pedicure my cuticles dont look clean and maybe there will be a better outcome. Vi does my nails and I will only use her. Her attention to detail is flawless and every time I walk out happy with my nails. Even my mother now sees only Vi for her nails as well. She gets the almond shape perfect every time and even created a certain color (by mixing three others) for my nails when I just couldnt find the perfect match. Although I have gotten a pedicure here three times now, I dont really recommend it. Two times they did a shoddy job- not even filing down the corners or showing any attention to detail. One time the lady was obviously gossiping about me, as she was literally pointing to a vein cluster that I have on my leg to the lady next to her... And which caused her to then look. Embarrassing.

They know what they are doing, they know the market, the clientele and the area. They know how to accommodate all of the above. They do a great job, Ive been here multiple times and never request anyone. Only have had one person do a so so job.. bit usually everyone does 120%. I will come here Everytime to get my nails done. And if you pay in cash its cheaper! I recently have fallen in love with Ami. Im moving to SF but still will come here every other week for my shellac. Love them!

I just learned, from an employee that once worked here...that.... - they dont wash their tools in between clients - they reuse the paraphin wax - they reuse eyebrow wax - they dont always give the technicians the tip that is left up front at the desk - there is mold and mildew in the foot tubs - they make their employees work 10 hours, but pay them for 8 hours Never going there again!!

Great pedi...quick too. Have been back many times and always very happy...especially my feet!! Lots of different opts - the green tea pedi is amazing. Crystal is awesome...really great with full pedi, super nice and friendly! My boyfriend with his beach flip flop feet had fist pedi...with paraffin ...amazing results- hes hooked. Best nail place - ask for Crystal!!

Clean, calm, and welcoming. I have been to this nail spa 3 times now, and have always had a wonderful manicure & pedicure. They are very careful to make sure that there is no cross-contamination with the instruments and foot spas. The best part is that they pay attention to you and what they are doing, and I have never walked out with cut cuticles.

Never coming here again. Horrible customer service. Im not sure if Tyler is the manager or the receptionist but he is extremely rude and they are soooo obvious with their racial profiling!! SMH. What a way to ruin my trip. Save your time & hard earned money! Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other nail shops in the area.

I had a pedicure done here. Absolutely love this place! At no time did anything hurt me. Not a cut on any cuticle. The lady that did my nails did the perfect dragonfly designs even though she had never done it before. As long as I live in San Jose I will not go anywhere else. Very clean and very friendly staff.

I went here with my best friend who happens to be Pilipino, (Im Caucasian) and the ladies seemed to have a liking towards her more, It was very obvious too. We both acted nice but the woman who was doing my nails was much nicer to my friend than me. And I have thought why, but I feel it would be rude to say so.

I love Perfect 10. Tried many nail salons around the South Bay and always end up coming back here. The managers are super nice, and the services is fairly priced. For a total "spoil me" day, get the Perfect 10 mani/pedi combo!!! (and try to stay awake to enjoy it)

Melissa is amazing at design and I love how she does my nails. So nice to have someone that is so courteous and sweet. She has a talent for detail and I will only see her. I hear everyone does a good job.
