Ive enrolled my 4 daughters into the kid’s class. This is the best decision Ive made. My girls are getting exercise and having fun, all while learning an important self-defense art. Over the last 6 months I have noticed an overall increase of self-confidence (mental and physical). They are learning what respect means not only with their instructors but with the other kids they train with. As a mother Ive learned (by observation of classes) that respect isnt only with your elders and piers but also the ability to discern a potentially dangerous situation, respect the fact that I can turn away and avoid it altogether. Keeping my daughters in this art until their high school years (and if they wish longer) will give me peace of mind knowing they can defend themselves during a vulnerable situation. Thanks Phenom !

I joined the gym about a month ago and i love this gym. i lost a little over 15 pounds in the one month that ive been going. They offer some amazing classes like strength and conditioning, jiu jitsu, muay thai, and mma. The coaches are amazing as well and they care if your learning something, they will even go one on one if they see you struggling or if you have any questions. So if your interested in learning a new hobby or continueing your mma hobby i would strongly recommend that you come and join this amazing gym.

I have been coming here for a month now and im loving the vibe of the gym , This gym is for everyone if your trying to lose weight, compete and even to get back in shape .they have different classes like strength and conditioning , Muay thai kickboxing , Mma and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu . This place is legit I went once and was immediately hooked i had no previous training or anything like that but now i come here every day they are open and i can honestly say i can hold my own. The best part of it is that this is probably the most affordable gym around I was interested in joining other gyms but their prices were a little steep however this place is right around my price range. I highly recommend it come check it out.

I have been training here for about two months now and I am loving it! Professor Chris, Professor Larry and Coach Hernando are awesome instructors. I train during the evening class and all are great guys, egos are left at the door. If youre a beginner or a seasoned veteran to BJJ and looking for a gym with a great learning atmosphere, you definitely need to come and check this place out.

Theyre too soft on the kids i wish they would spar more often so they can really learn how to use their techniques, also it seem that they teach the same moves over and over, lets get the kids in a ring and let them duke it out and learn the right way.
