Saying that their preparation work sucks would be an understatement. Weve taken three cars to these guys, and each time we went for the Presidential deal. They said they would sand down and primer only the spots that needed it. When we got the car(s) back, there were several spots where you can see they painted over the sticky stuff thats left from stickers. The paint cracks and chips easily and quickly. They paint over the factory paint and clear coat rather than sand blasting or hand sanding the factory coat first. So when the new paint chips or scratches, you see the old paint underneath.Customer service is fair, but alot of "what you want to hear" is told rather than what you NEED to hear. In other words, lying and false advertisement. When we got our last car back, our front bumper wasnt put in all the way, and screws were missing. All three cars had over-spray (wheels, tires, windows, etc.) And for some reason, all three cars started to experience electrical problems soon after getting them back. You get what you pay for.. So beware. I will never take another car there or recommend it to anyone. Sloppy, half-a55ed work. Good if youre on a budget. But again, you get what you pay for.

Horrible experience, a bunch of lies. I was told it would take at least a week to paint my car. I was called by Mike of maaco on kansas ave. Saying my car was done and would be charged for storage if it wasnt picked up immediately. This was 3 days after I dropped it off, not to mention the quality; completely horrible!!! After less than 3 months my paint is chipping everywhere, u can see the original color underneath, no sanding or primer, they just painted right over the old paint. I came in to complain, they said all the paint chips are from rocks. No refund even thoughvi had a year warranty. They told me to take them to court and ended up calling the cops on me. I doubt if any of these good reviews are even really customers. I have all my proof, car, pics, and reciepts. Horrible family owned business using the maaco name to get business..

they painted my car week later i pick it up then i returned it cause it had issues the refused to fix problems then i reported it to bureau of auto repair they investigated it and found i had legal claim they got them to repaint it it still has some defects they should of repaired so the bar went back over there. they said they dont have to repair cause i signed off on warrantyies they bascically told the bar to stick it now i have to sue them. my opinon is this there is better paint shops aroun and better people to do business with.

Hard road

Had my moms car done there about two years ago and it still looks amazing the prices are really great for how the car looks.they do tell you that there are going to be some tiny in perfections but lets face it its not a 5000 dollar paint job where it looks like glass but its really close the piant job we got was around 1200 dollars and like I said still looks amazing after two years outside in the weather. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

fist you miss painting alot of my car and get paint on the windows rims door panels and say its ready then you keep it 5 more days and say its ready again and now its worse than before besides not painting the whole car still you get paint on the shifter you spay paint my aloy rims instead of cleaning them and the list goes on you are all fucken idiots and shouldnt be alowed to touch anyones car

Absolute garbage. The owner is half drunk. They dont respect your property broke my headlights that were brand new and had over spray everywhere. To top it off they are thieves and they stole my expensive tuner from my truck and said sorry it wasnt on your paper stating what you had in there. So I anywhere is better than this pile
