Modesto shop deserves highest rating..10 stars..I received top professional work, top courtesy..but also above& beyond helpful to fix damage to my old truck from Mgr., Jimmy and Owner, Richard..they were fast but also excellent workmanship, plus the mechanics all helpful&knowledgeable too, like Torrey! Good people!Good work! As a lone girl in car world..I felt 100percent fair, respected treatment!..liked the more than fair prices too! Like I said, good people!

Brought my car in to have rear bumper replaced. Highly recommended by Farmers Ins. Car was brought in with black trim. Had my fiancee pick up vehicle because I was at work. When I got home I was shocked to see a rear bumper with grey trim. Parts mgr, body mechanic, auto detailer and person who does final inspection didnt seem to care or notice the wrong colored trim was replaced. Totally unacceptable!

In my opinion this repair shop does not due a thorough job. My van was in there for 15 days and came out with and gage light illuminated and a alignment issue. the alignment issue should have been caught. I had a bent suspension knuckle this could have been dangerous. not impressed with this place

Richard Alexio has to be the coolest body shop owner I have ever known. met him back in 1996 and he showed me not told me how to manage the finish on my vehicle and I learned all about waxes and detailing products. thank you Richard .

Had to come back a couple times because certain parts werent listed to get fixed, but Jimmy took care of it. Went the extra step in owning the problem and fixing it.
