The jeep dealership recommended I take my jeep to advanced auto body for my repairs. When I first got there there was a customer in the waiting room discussing his vehicle with someone who work there, he was saying how nothing was fixed on it like it was supposed to be and was very upset. This frightened me seeing as I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed there. Speed told me that my vehicle would take 5 to 7 days to be fixed, on the seventh day I call asking how my vehicles doing and if its been painted yet, he told me he doesnt have anything written down about my vehicle meeting painting. I then proceeded to tell him how whenever I got my vehicle looked out there he told me it would need to be painted also. This also scared me, that day he calls and says my vehicle will be ready to pick up The following day. When I pick up my vehicle I examine it and noticed that they didnt even buff out the scratches that they were supposed to. Not only did my vehicle take more than a week to get fixed but they didnt even do what they said they would. I paid $2,300 for my vehicle to be fixed. Now I have to make a separate appointment, which means more time that I dont have to get my vehicle worked on. I am beyond disappointed with this auto body shop. I recommend not going here and if you do inspect your vehicle thoroughly when they handover the keys to you.

They are unbelievably slow! My boyfriend had an estimate to get the rim of his tire and suspension fix on his car.They told us it would take 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks were up they said they were still fixing it and needed another week, then after that they said there was something else wrong with the car and said it would take another week. Its almost been a month! Now that they have we have the car, they fixed the rim and supension on the car but failed to see or fix the other rim that was slightly scraped up. Also there is a tiny dent/paint chip on the side of the car that was not there before or after the accident. I highly not recommend this place..

Took my truck in for major repair, when i got it back i noticed a few new scratches and they had frayed a wire. Scratches were on bumpers mirrow and on both doors from the edges and chips on gas door. Told them, they fixed it. Went to go pick it up second time. They didnt fix chip but they did something to my paint near the gas tank, so i had to leave it again. They fixed it, but then they tried to charge me for damage repairs they caused and they were saying they were there already!

The guys in the shop were great and helped me remove my parts and belongings. They went above and beyond to help out, especially after my car accident. The office crew worked with the insurance and did as much as possible to make everything smooth and easy. Thanks, guys.
