Dear Valley Auto Body, Thank you for the great work you did replacing the antenna assembly on my Toyota Tacoma. Unfortunately, the girl at the car wash broke it when attempting to unscrew it. I took my truck to two independent repair shops; one shop said they couldn’t fix it; the second one ordered an after- market antenna assembly, but after it hadn’t arrived in seven days, called to find out the parts place was unable to locate one. Next I went to Toyota; they had my car for two hours and then called to say that they too, were unable to complete a repair and recommended you. You got the job done quickly; your shuttle service was excellent, and I was happily surprised to find my truck cleaned inside and out and looking like new. They did a great job on my toyota prius, used OEM parts at my request, and since it was next door to the toyota dealership then they could just walk over and get parts they ordered. Body work was excellent, there was some time delays due to toyota dealership not having the parts needed to fix a funky headlight after the accident.
