I could be an unusual case but it was enough to never let me return back to Vintage Auto for any further work. I dropped off my 1994 Mazda Rx7 with rear quarter panel damage back in April of 2015 and I didnt get my car back until November of 2015. Absolutely inexcusable. I stopped by literally every week to check on the car. I would call and send emails asking for updates and it was always "oh were waiting on this part to arrive" and so and so. And when they finally started working on the vehicle they ended up needing more parts and the car had to sit again for a couple weeks (and these were extremely obvious parts youd notice on initial inspect, like.. oh lets say a shattered tail light). Then when I finally go to pick my car up, they didnt clean it up at all. Parts and interior pieces were thrown everywhere inside the vehicle, I had interior panels laying on my passenger seat, none of my license plates were installed, the paint ( had essentially a new paintjob done) is orange peeling and I was told I could bring it back to get color sanded but I havent gotten any responses to the 7 emails Ive seen since then. They left duct tape that is covered with overspray and never plugged my antenna hole. They replaced my tail lights with incorrect and significantly cheaper replacements that I asked to be corrected (its Jan 12th now... and they still havent done it. Surprise Surprise). I met the owner of the store who seems extremely genuine and professional and Ive heard nothing but great things about him. And it has come to my understanding hes hired someone to manage the business for him and this individual (Mark) is disorganized and absolutely atrocious with maintaining positive customer service. I currently do not recommend them.

I was hit in a parking lot which I was NOT at fault for. Mark didnt want to deal with the other guys insurance company as he said "they were difficult to deal with" so he decided to go through my insurance instead because he liked them better. He did not mention that by doing this it would incur a hefty deductible - money I dont have lying around. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, this is when I found out I had to pay. Why would I pay, Im not at fault? Anyway, I had told them I would pay as soon as I got my next paycheck. I was referred to them by a guy who gives them a TON of business so i figured that alone should calm them down but instead I received a threatening voicemail about taking it to the next level. This should have been avoided by either using the correct AT FAULT insurance, NOT mine... or at least letting me know ahead of time to expect to pay the deductible. Had I known this - I would have waited until I had the money to fix the car. Some time later - my insurance finally gave me back the deductible money since they recovered it from the insurance that was at fault. Never should have used my insurance at all - this all could have been avoided. They made me feel like I was a jerk-off. Not going to lie, the work they do is great but they need to work on their communication if they want to retain customers.

After my new Mini Cooper S Works was crushed in the front fender/hood while parked in a parking lot, the insurance company required that I first take it to their own preferred repair shop. After a quick walk around the car, that shop felt that all the damaged parts of the car could be repaired by body work. Now this was my new car were talking about and I wasnt impressed with that idea. I brought the Mini to Vintage Auto and after they worked up the figures, the owner Rob suggested that they would prefer to replace the badly damaged front end rather than trying to pound out the parts and rebuild them. Yes, they could have made more money for a lengthy repair job, more than they would make by replacing with new parts, but Vintage said that overall it would be a better result. The job came out beautiful and that took a lot of the pain out of what I was feeling for my little Mini.

This is the second time I have used Vintage Auto Body. The first time was back in 2000, when they were recommended to me by Guy Ober, the only mechanic who has ever worked on my 1999 Boxster. The second time I decided to use them based on the very favorable experience I had the first time around. Unfortunately, when Vintage completed the work on my more recent body damage, I was out of town and ended up being stuck out of town much longer than I anticipated. Not a problem, my remote garage door opener was in the car and Mark drove it to my home and parked it in my garage in my absence--service over and above what should reasonable be antiicpated. From my experience, Vintage is not the least expensive body shop in the area, the quality of the work more than merits the extra dollars spent.

Top-notch work is guaranteed from Vintage Auto Body. I have seen both of my parents send cars through Vintage and have seen the great work that was done. It only took a second to decide myself to use Vintage when my 4Runner was hit, and from the instant I got an estimate from Rob and Don, they were more than helpful and made me aware of the whole process as it went on. I even got my car back a day early, and it looks as good as new! If you want quality work done on a car you truly care about, Vintage is the place to go!

My Porsche 911 993 had extensive repairs to the front, suspension and mechanicals. Mark, Don and Rob sourced parts from all over, including Europe to get the car back to perfect condition. And I mean perfect. The service was personable, professional and accurate (no exaggerated claims or optimistic dates). When this car is ready for a complete restoration in about a decade I hope the boys at Vintage are still hammering.

Just got off the phone with Rob about loose screws on my window regulator for my Ford Escape. He was very informative, honest and he let me know that they could provide me with a ride to and from work while they worked on my car. I am already looking forward to taking my vehicle to them tomorrow morning. Thank you for the great customer service Rob!

Had an accident about 5 years ago in my Volvo XC90 and went to the local Volvo dealer and asked where they had their work done and they said Vintage Auto Body. Took my car there and they did excellent work. When my wifes VW need some work recently I took it to them again. Again, the work was flawless. I highly recommend them for any auto body needs.
