whoa......hold on before you go here. 2;30 PM wednesday. took my bike in and told the young lady i would like to have my bike painted. i told her i was looking for a powder coat.... before i could finish she informed me "at the moment we dont powder coat and we dont paint bikes because bikers tend to be picky? ?????? what??? people with four wheels must not be picky or deserve a professional job ? my bike does have metal and fiberglass so i knew it couldt be powder coated. if the young lady had been interested in business i would have explained. black paint plus a flat clear coat..... i guess they have all the business in the world. if i had brought in a jeep with four wheels they would have done backflips to achieve the look i wanted.....maybe i should have rode in with training wheels ! four wheels we do...two wheels we dont....now thats customer service.

We took our Durango in a few years ago to have it "professionally" painted and got it back later than quoted with the worst paint job Id ever seen. He even came out to the parlot after we picked it up with a can of black spray paint to "fix" the wheel wells because they had so much over spray in them. We ended up taking him to court and getting our money back because it was such a terrible job with such horrible service. Now the paint is extremely faded and chipped out because the job was done so terribly. Stay away from this "business" they are aweful!!

Gerry the manager told me itd be 4 days to paint my car. One week later he told me it would be a total of two weeks until my car was possibly finished. They used paint remover instead of sanding it and destroyed the metal on roof, trunk, door, and melted the plastic on the mirrors. When I saw all the damage theyd done to my car I told Gerry that I wanted my car immediately out of their hand. He charged me $1590 just to give me the keys and never finished the job. The DMV is now investigating the shop for fraud and grand larceny for ruining my car.

I couldnt believe how incredible my large 4 door vehicle turned out!! Spent a couple extra bucks on the sanding and prep.. EVEN changed the color!! Please dont expect a $300 paint job COST..there is no such thing anymore, cause the cars paint ended up disappointing the customer. That was 30 years ago anyway..expect $650-$1000 average. I was on the high end and was super pleased. Im telling you, it was like pulling teeth, to get me to have the paint done..will never feel hesitant again!! Good Job!! Maaco Reno...Bravo!!

I had my car there painted a year ago and touched up every month since then because the paint has continually chipped the fenders as well as the hood. I would not recommend this place because of the low quality job that they do. There are better auto body paint shops in Reno, just shop around.
