GREAT SERVICE! No one ever wants to deal with getting repairs on a car, but if you have to this is the place to go. From the reception staff to the repair team everyone was super nice and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to Seth since he worked on my car. He did a great job explaining the repairs Id need in plain terms and even kept me updated on any changes in the repairs. He also gets bonus points for giving me a ride back to work when the rental company wasnt able to get me a car on short notice! They also have a rental company on site, so there is no hassle in getting a car while your car is getting fixed! That team was awesome too! Basically if you need to get your car fixed, calliber on Herndon and milburn is where you need to go!! They have a great team there, thank you!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in I was immediately welcomed and helped. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and professional! Isaac was amazing as well. I watched him thoroughly check out my car, double checking every tiny detail and if that wasnt enough he covered everything he saw wrong and then asked for a list of things I thought needed to be looked at knowing I am the owner of the car and I know my car best. The Body work? Excellent!!! You would think my car is brand new. No joke. Caliber Collision is hands down the best place to take your car, not just for the work they do but also because of how well youre treated with care.

Took my Acura TSX here when I got rear ended. My car was out in two days. The work they did was perfect. When I picked up the car I asked how much for new headlight lens. I thought I ruined them with a home restoration kit. Instead of giving me a quote he actually made me wait 10 minutes and ended up restoring them for free. Any place that fixes something for free instead of up selling me is a great in my book. I definitely recommend you try this place if you need auto body repair or painting.
