I took my wifes 2011 Chevy Equinox there for a collision bumper repair. They are easy to work with but after she got home from picking it up her key would not come out of the ignition and we noticed several other electronic failures. I took the car back for them to check it out and they fixed it within an hour while I waited. Then they apologized to me about the inconvenience and accepted complete responsibility for the issue. It was resolved and I left very happy. I am very impressed with their customer service. The guy that assisted me was amazing I highly recommend them.

Ive had to take my wifes car here three times now (unfortunately), for three separate collisions (none of which were her fault, people need to get off their phones while driving!). Each time Fresno Body Works North has done an incredible job in not only getting me an accurate written estimate quickly, but in repairing the damage to the vehicle very quickly. She drives a Lexus, and in dealing with this Ive discovered that this is where Fresno Lexus sends cars for body work. Great service, and VERY competitively priced.

Horrible place, Ive been here twice only because the workmanship the first time failed within a year. Both times I left my car there it was returned to me with additional damages, scratched tint from top to bottom (have no idea how that happened) , broken hood latch, dead battery that needed to be replaced etc.. the second time around they completely destroyed the molding around my window and said it wasnt their fault.. Dont go to Fresno Body Works, its just not worth it, youve been warned.

Rodney at Fresno Body Works North was fantastic, professional and great to work with. They took my Honda and made it look great!!! I would definitely take any future cars and refer friends and relatives to Fresno Body Works North. What a awesome experience we had...couldnt of asked for more.
