Amazing Service and Work! I can definitely say this was the best experience I had taking my car to a body shop. My car had a few bumps and bruises from a couple of mishaps in the past and I figured it was about time to get the car fixed. After shopping around a bit, I noticed that 1st Empire Auto Body Shop had the best reviews in the area so I went up there for an estimate. I was greeted and helped by the owner of the shop, Jack. After talking with Jack for a bit, and seeing him talk to his crew you can really get a sense of what type of person he is. His honest and friendly personality really extends to the atmosphere of the place. He helped me find the parts I needed at great prices. I mean during the whole process I wasnt sitting in the dark. He explained and showed me what parts I needed and prices he found for those parts. You can tell that his goal was to help me get the best at the best price. I got a very good quote and decided to have him repair it. Jack gave me a date of when the car would be completed and kept his word. His passion for people and cars really shines into the work he and his crew do. During the repairing process, he kept me up to date and was always available for questions. When I went to pick up my car he even showed me some other damages he found on the car, but didnt pressure me into repairing it. For body shops, you cant get any better than this place. There is no pressure or discomfort. I got the service I wanted and more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking body work.

After being hit by someone who ran a red light, I had some work that needed to be done. He gave me the best quote out of anyone I went to in the area and got the work done very quickly. He answered all questions and explained to me what I need to do about the insurance. The insurances paid for everything, but I had some additional work done for a piece that came off previously. Since he was doing the other work already he only charged me for the piece and not the painting since it was all the same color. The car looks like nothing ever happened. They matched the paint perfectly. The only problem I had was when they removed the door panel, one of the guys accidentally broke the cable the operates the side mirror. After I got my car back and realized this, I called and the owner told me hed order a new mirror and replace it for free. He did, and they installed it within an hour. He wasnt very happy with his guy that did it Im sure, but he took care of it without any hassle. If I have any other work to be done, this will be the place I go.

All of the guys at First Empire are wonderful. Their customer service is great, They are very personable and fill you in on whats going on with you car. In my case i had a real battle with my insurance company and alot of miss communication and they took my car apart three times! Any other shop would have told me to go somewhere else but they genuinely cared about getting my car fixed. The repairs were top of the line, it looked like a band new car and they even polished my headlights for me. It was ready on the exact day he said it would be and I would recommend First Empire to anyone!! Thanks Jack you guys are awesome!

I needed a new quarter panel and door repair on my Honda. Looks fantastic! Color matching is perfect. Ask for Jack. He was great to deal with and managed my cranky insurance company. He even fixed a small bang on my front fender while waiting for the secondary appraisal adjustment! My car looks new again! You can tell they take pride in their work and in creating an excellent experience for you. Thats a hard quality to find that these days. I highly recommend 1st Empire Auto Body!

1st Empire Auto Body in Burbank, California did an amazing job painting my car. The service was unbelievable and the job came out exactly how I wanted it. Turn around time on the job was exactly what Jack (Manager) told me it would be and it was done right in time for a Car Show I entered. I had him paint a 15 year old car and now it looks brand new. BEST BODY SHOP IN LA- My family has been using First Empire for about 10 years now, and Each car comes out FLAWLESS!! You wont find this quality of work anywhere else. Jack did a full paint job on my 1996 Integra.. now it looks like a 2017 integra! check out the picture below.. I highly recommend this body shop to ANYONE in the LA area.
