I went in here to have a vehicle repaired. While I was doing the estimate for my work, someone came through and immediately took the manager outside and was freaking out about the horrible work on his car, that he had waited so long for. I didnt flinch , because that could have been a coincidence. While I waited for 10 days, (not a problem for me, I was getting quality work right?) , I happened across some bad reviews on the place. Still not worried, surely it wont happen to me. When I picked up my vehicle, I paid first, got the keys went outside, and noticed a HUGE mess on the side, where someone had worn through the paint with a buffer or something. I pointed this out to the man checking me out, and he said, "we didnt work on that area, it wasnt us." That is absolutely true, "they didnt work on that area, NO ONE ever HAS". The mess wasnt there when I dropped it off. I was so bummed out. I didnt argue, and I needed my vehicle. When I returned home, other people asked me what happened to the side of my vehicle. They noticed immediately too. I have always kept my vehicle clean, so it would have stood out over time, and been noticeable to everyone who sees it daily. Shortly after, another man was checking out his car, and again was losing his mind with the person checking him out. He had problems too. I suppose I should never have gone ahead with letting them do the work, the minute I saw the first customer complaining at checkout. Dont go there !!!!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had....and Im still having it. After an accident I brought my car in for repair. I was told it would take 3 weeks. I called in 3 weeks and I was told it would be another week. I called after another week and I could not get a call back. I kept calling for 4 days and got every excuse in the book for why they did not know when it would be ready. After 5 weeks I called and asked for the manager. I could not get a call back from him. Finally, I asked to have the owner call me back. Surprise, the manager called me back. He told me it would be another week and a half. After over 6 weeks I just went in today to pick up my car. It looked like a 3 year old had put it together. I am livid!!! I did not accept the car and am figuring out what to do about this. I will notify the better business bureau for sure. Save yourself stress, a headache and time and find somewhere else to go. NEVER AGAIN!

Vehicle body repair is not something one looks forward to; accidents are traumatizing on their own, but I have to let everyone in the area of this facility know the following. I was (t-boned) by a motorcycle a few weeks ago that damaged my front ear side driver doors (holes in the doors), the center post, driver side window, etc. After reviewing online comments, I decided on Auto Collision Center in T.O. The estimator, facility foreman and staff could not have been more helpful in assessing the damage, arranging for my insurance company to agree with the estimate, making sure I had transportation (via their contract with a rental car company) and advising me how long it would take for the repairs to be completed. My vehicle was ready that exact day. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. If you need vehicle body repair, DO NOT hesitate to trust Auto Collision to do it

I have never been lied to by so many people.. .All there great adds telling everyone they fight for you and there on your side could not be further from the truth. This company has you sign a contract that all but gives them your first born child. I promise you if you dont want to deal with a huge nightmare take your car some were else. Very sad..

I would never use this shop again. They gave an initial estimate of 6-8 weeks and the job ended up taking 14 weeks. Various bits and pieces of my car are missing from the interior and there are new imperfections and scuffs on the body from the repair.

Chose Auto Collision Center over where my insurance was sending me, got brand new parts and a high quality repair, done perfect and on time...these guys are fired up and the best!! Thank you...
