I HIGHLY recommend The Body Shop. My only wish is that I had visited them PRIOR to receiving a less than quality repair by another "repair shop", along with a "pretend" improvement by a car detailer. In the end, I spent too much money for a minor fix that ended up looking worse than before anyone touched my car. After reading great reviews about "The Body Shop" on Tapo Street near Cochran, me & my Mini Cooper took a drive there. Kristian Minter greeted me. His personality & confidence made me feel very comfortable. He & his detailer both gave me an honest & professional opinion, coupled with a very reasonable price. Thank you Kristian & The Body Shop! I would go back there in a heartbeat! I could give them 10 Stars I would! They deserve it!

I went in to get a small dent on my bumper and hood repaired. After waiting, they made it very clear they were going to give me a verbal quote only, and they would not honor it when and if I brought my car in for repair. The guy that came out refused to give a quote without replacing the entire bumper, even when I specifically said I did not want to replace the bumper and asked for a quote just for the small ding above it. $1200 for a tiny ding and he refused to give me any alternatives. When I got home, my husband laughed out loud and went and popped the dent in the bumper out in 2 minutes. What a bunch of con artists.

I used this shop because it was recommended by my insurance company. The paint work they did was substandard. They re-used several parts even though they were broken and did not match up properly. There were parts actually missing from the undercarriage of my car, didnt see it till I jacked up the front end to rotate my tires. My in-laws had a bad experience with their work too! I would not recommend them to anyone!

The guys did a great job on my car looks brand new 100% i wouldnt have had it any other way #1 place to go in simi for repairs thanx guys plus they even detailed the inside of car put a whole wow factor on the job great work

These guys are completely incompetent. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I would definitely look elsewhere before deciding on this place. Wish I had more hands so I could give these jagoffs 4 thumbs down.

This guy is a CROOK! Plain and simple. He is a LIAR, CHEAT and a THIEF!
