I had some major work done on my car here a little while back. My car was pretty new and was involved in a bad accident, so needless to say, I wanted my 6 month old car to look just like the day I bought it. I looked around on Yelp and other sites, and was impressed with the high rating and customer satisfaction of this place. In short: it ended up looking EXACTLY like the day I bought it. I have 0 complaints about the work they did--it was beautiful. They also worked hard to get it to me on time--although, I received one time frame when I took it in for an estimate, and the time frame was magically a whole week longer when I took it in to actually receive the work. My only problem with this place: I took my car to 4 other body shops who ALL gave me an estimate that was $2,000 under what this place ended up charging me. Since insurance took care of it all, I wasnt too upset, but if youre paying out of pocket I could see that being a HUGE problem! This end cost was also substantially higher than the original estimate. However, I do give them props for arguing with insurance to make the insurance cover it completely. BUT, I also do not appreciate the owner coming onto this website and publicly slandering anyone who gives a bad review and accusing them of lying. TO THE OWNER: it just makes you seem shady, and like you have nothing better to do than sit around all day waiting for people to review your business so you can accuse them of being a fraud. I wouldve given you 5 stars had I not seen that. Just realize that not everyone can be happy with your work...So in the end, I am extremely satisfied with how my car turned out (you cant even tell it was ever in an accident!) but I do not understand why their actual cost was so much higher and I definitely would say I do not trust this owner. On par with the reviewer below, they seem like really nice guys at first, but then the truth comes out.

I would highly recommend B & B Auto Body! I am extremely particular about my cars appearance and I was so pleased with their work, that Ive been back since as well as brought my moms car to them after she was rear ended. I was initially referred to B & B by Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks. My understanding was that they are certified by BMW and use manufacture parts and paint, which was important to me. They have made all of my visits painless, and all the work they have done have met my high standards. I have been to many body shops over the years and have had some extremely bad experiences. I am happy that I wont be looking around anymore, because I will continue to use B & B for any further needs. Its also worth mentioning that I can attest to them standing by their work. Two years after having work done, I noticed my window was making a noise when rolled down. I immediately took it to my dealership (since my car is still under warranty) and they replaced the regulator. Unfortunately they were unable to get my window aligned properly so I was constantly hearing wind come through when the window was closed. They put the blame on the body work that had been done. I later found out that the body work was not at fault; however, B & B aligned my window - fixing the problem for free! They even re-buffed the paint on my car! I couldnt be happier with the outcome.

The experience we recently had at B&B Auto Body was top notch. The staff was attentive and careful. It was important to me that the work was done well and in a timely manner. Matt Ehrlich was our service coordinator and he was fabulous. He was very up front about the manner in which the work would be done, what costs to expect and how much time they would need to complete the job. He checked in a couple of times during the repair process and kept us updated. The work was done timely and to perfection. We were treated to coffee by the owner while we had a short wait for the estimate and his lovely wife escorted us to Enterprise Car rental which is right next door, got us a great rate on our rental, and then because Enterprise was swamped, she even drove us all the way home to Camarillo. The rent a car was later delivered that afternoon. I would rate this business 5 stars and would not hesitate to send my friends who need auto body repair work done. Thank you for a job well done.

Most importantly to anyone who might need a body shop, the quality of the work is exceptional! I have, unfortunately, had occasion to use these folks twice in the past 6 months, and have always found the team to be friendly, concerned, experienced and knowledgable. They returned my nearly new Audi to perfect condition, and even after the work was finished, Louise was still touching up the finish on the car in places they hadnt touched. The car doesnt leave until its RIGHT, and if that takes an extra day or two, its worth it. I would highly recommend to friends, and will use them again, without question, next time some idiot teenager wants to run a red light!

Ive had the pleasure of utilizing B&B Auto Body numerous times over the last 10+ years and without fail they have continued to provide excellent service in both a timely and professional manner. The management and technicians both are courteous and knowledgeable as well committed to keeping customers informed as to the status of their vehicle. I recommend B&B Auto Body to my friends without hesitation and have never been put in a position to regret it. B&B Auto Body exceeded my expectations. My car was in poor condition after a bad detailing job and a freak hail storm, but they took my baby and returned her to like-new condition. I had half a mind to list it for sale immediately, because it hasnt looked this good since the day I drove it off the lot! More than that, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company (Ameriprise) without having to involve me, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a good body shop. Reading all the hype for this body shop I decided to give them a try after getting rear-ended on my 07 Jeep Cherokee, and I have to say; my Jeep came out looking much better then it did the day I bought it (used), they even pointed out some flaws that, to my untrained eye, I could not see. Before I purchase another used car I will be bringing it to them, apparently, just because the CarFax was clean, it doesnt mean it wasnt involved in an accident - I learned this the hard way. Thank you very much!

I had bad experience with this shop. They initially came off as nice and helpful people, which lead me to think that they are trust worthy. BAD MISTAKE on my part. My recommendation for the reader is to talk to their previous customers (just stay away from the people they recommended) and get those people opinion. Then judge B&B base on that. As for me, I could have hired an amateur and would definitely get a better result on my vehicle.
