Hello, Im a full time college student who works part time, while working on my finance degree. I dented my passenger door and decided to take my car to the caliber collision in thousand oaks. I spoke to the center manager Michael Pavich who seemed pleasant at first. He asked me how i planned on paying for my door and i told him i was paying cash because my mother didnt want to claim insurance. I assumed he would give me a little better of a deal because i was paying out of pocket. However, this degenerate decided to give me a $5,200 quote on my door. I knew there was something suspicious when he gave me a quote 5 times what i expected it to be. I ended up finding a place to do it for $800 which made me realize the criminal act this man is committing. I plan on reporting this information to the Better Business Bureau, but i want to stop any further customers from being taken advantage of. Especially WOMEN and YOUNG adults. DO NOT have your car quoted here. As a business student i am absolutely appalled to see the unethical behavior this man runs his business on.

I got a good impression for the job was done at my car but the next morning I founded out one of the pieces inside my trunk was missing so immediately I contact their office and the receptionist told me we will call you.I sent an email back saying I need you to get me a solution ASAP. But if they forgot to put the piece back why she didnt say come back today and apologized about their poor service. I hope they not ignoring me because I have the right to make a complaint about their Horrible service. poor service

My car was repaired correctly to my satisfaction and they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. They texted me with status updates every day and showed me they are customer service driven. They have a two-way radio for Enterprise car rentals so they can help you obtain a rental car and upon return you can leave it there at Caliber for the car rental to pick up. The office receptionist was very helpful and understanding. I would use them again if I needed accident repair in the future. I recommend it.

Upon arrival and setting up initial appointment was great. I was met by the receptionist who seemed professional and courteous. I met the service guy outside and he took many photos and explained how everything would work. However that was over 3 weeks ago and Ive contacted them 4 times and gave them my number but no return calls. Its almost like they are just blowing me off. Horrible customer service. Hopefully one of the other Caliber Collision shops are much better.
