I was very disappointed with the very poor job this collision center did on my BMW. I had to take the car to another collision center to have all the work redone that North Ranch screwed up. They did not replace several broken parts, used substandard used and aftermarket parts, and cut corners to save them and the insurance company money. I took the car here because it was recommended by the insurance company AAA. Big mistake. Take your car to a specialist for your vehicular make.

I took my dodge car .But they took almost 1 month .0 rate .They never call back .I called around 25 times .also i went personally 5 times .They r saying we will call back .But never .They r nor updating any think.Last 6 days they r saying "today afternoon it will be ready" Finaly i got car .Pls dont take your car .this is my suggestion.I am renting car 4 weeks .So coast is more then 1000$ ..I am very disappointed

I didnt plan to wrote the review until I receive the worst service from DHC FORD Thousand Oaks. After that I start realize what a good service North Ranch Body Craft offered me. I took my Expedition to them. They did a perfect job for my car. I am so impressed that they offer the drop off service. I dont have time to pick up my car. They just deliver to my house. Very good service. Highly Recommended.

Im really impressed the quality of work and the way the managers/office staff conduct themselves. As much as I hate the guy who hit my car then sped off, Im really glad North Ranch Bodycract fixed it. Its back to new so as far as things go, all went well.

They did a good job with rear end damage, also kept me well informed by e-mail about the insurance coverage as well as the work itself. My Volvo came back beautiful and clean, inside and out, when the work was finished.
