I found Next Auto Body by chance. Was in a bad car collision at around 6:30pm. Next Auto Body was the ONLY local body shop STILL WORKING past 5:00pm. Chris was the one that was still there, and walked me through the next few steps on how to get my badly damaged (and un-drivable) vehicle back on the road. It was a situation that Ive never had to deal with. Insurance wanted to write it off as a "Total Loss" and I was a fish out of water in this arena. Both Chris and Christian took ownership of my issue, and walked me through the process STEP BY STEP to ensure that I was taken care of, got my car back, and got it back QUICKLY and INEXPENSIVELY!! I picked up my supposedly "Totalled" vehicle yesterday from Next Auto Body. The workmanship is EXCELLENT, and I really cant stress how outstanding the customer service was!! This is the benefit of using a privately owned, local small business! You get ownership and management that ACTUALLY CARE about the goals, needs, and expectations of their clientele. Without a doubt, I will be referring ANY & ALL friends/family with auto repair needs Chris & Christian @ Next Auto Body!! Regards, Jon Foley

since next auto body doesnt get a chance to defend themselves from reviews like this thought i would let everyone know the true story.1st off we are licensed and insured. the clients son called trying to take care of his own problem, i can appreciate that so i (christian), want to help him get through this problem as easy as possible. He asks me for a verbal quote on what it would cost to recondition a bumper on a pick up truck, i explained to him that without seeing the bumper damage it would be about $225.00 but ultimately it would be per invoice. the kid went back and forth with me call after call , but thats OK, that is what i am here for, to help.apparently when it came time to pay for the bumper the recondition shop charged more due to the fact that the bumper is not a factory bumper. i presented the invoice to the client to justify the additional cost to repair the bumper, We here at next auto body try to keep each and every customer 100% satisfied.
