I had a great experience here. I had minor front end damage on a 4-year-old Chevy Cobalt. As said in previous reviews, Gary does personally handle the job. Personally, as in he is the owner and handles it, and personally as in he tailors the job for your personal needs. I was paying for my repairs, and Gary helped salvage parts that we could save with some work (vs new parts) to save money. We saved wherever we could. My car was done in TWO DAYS and it looks absolutely beautiful, just as it did before. My car has a very nice paint color, and the paint matches absolutely perfectly. He offers a lifetime guarantee on the work. He went beyond expectations by also giving me a ride from and then back to the repair shop. He made the process easy and I explained everything- he made the estimate with me right there and was honest. I felt that everything was fair, and that Gary also did much more than was expected to make the process smooth for me, which he says they take pride in. I will recommend this business to anyone of my friends that needs auto body repair for fairness, excellent service, and excellent work.

Job well done Gary. The first job was so good that I went back for more. After they painted my motorcycle frame and swingarm, I was so impressed with the quality of the work (and it only took two days), that I gave them the next project. I had a set of fiberglass race fairings that needed repair and painting. There were several cracks and one missing piece that needed reconstruction. Again, I sat with Gary and the painter and we all discussed the job beforehand. I picked out a color (which turned out really nice by the way) which Gary helped me with. The repair and paintwork exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with the work. They gave me a small extra bit of paint for touch up too. Gary even got the job done a week early so I had ample time to get the bike together before the deadline. The bike is now together and Im not sure if I want to even touch it, since it looks so good. Gary, you are a great person and provide excellent quality work and customer service. Thank you so much.

I just met Gary today and I wanted to rate his level of professionalism as 10/10! I havent felt comfortable with a paint shop in a long time after many bad experiences in the past. From the half hour or so that we talked, I realized that here is a person who really wants to do the right thing by the customer and provide the best quality job. Gary used to ride motorcycles so was more than happy to paint some motorcycle parts for me (frame and swingarm). I showed him the parts and then we sat down with the individual painter to make sure everyone understood the job. I provided my own paint and Gary was happy to work with it even though I hadnt consulted him beforehand. Turn around time is expected to be within a few days. I will post again after the job to review the end result.

Gary is absolutely amazing. My oldest daughter crashed our only family car and we had liability insurance. I was paying out-of-pocket for repairs and Gary was so incredibly helpful to me. He is honest, fair and very willing to help. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I am impressed with the amount of time he took with me to make sure I understood what needed to be done and the process he was going to take to repair my car. He came to my home to give me estimate, followed me back to his shop and brought me back home. There are so many great things to say about Gary and his shop. Call him! He is an auto body genius.

I have taken my car to other places recommended by my insurance company and have always had a problem. Since I have found Gary, he has done an amazing job!!! I cannot believe the amazing work with great detail involved. He always does an incredible job and I now take all of my cars to Gary. He has always finished the job when promises without delay. I would recommend his service to each and every person including the insurance companies. I have never ever had an even minor problem with his body shop and I love him and his staff. I found Garys Auto Collision online, read the prior reviews and decided to give it a try. The damage to be repaired was relatively minor, from an accident that was not my fault. Gary was very helpful in dealing with getting payment from the other party. The work was perfect - like new! Gary goes above and beyond the call of duty. We had him replace an old tire at the time he did the body work. I returned from a trip a week or two later and the tire was flat. Gary came to my house, put on the spare, and took the rim and tire to fix it! I highly recommend using Garys Auto Collision.

I am Pat Burnet and a senior myself. Gary is a man seniors (and others, too) can depend on. I often feel seniors are taken advantage of when dealing outside their expertise. Gary is a collision shop owner you can trust. Honest, fair and fast with no games or scams. While I was having to deal with doctors and insurance adjusters, Gary was my point of sanity. He got my car functioning and looking great, he even helped out when the rental car folks dropped their ball. Gary, thanks so much you made a potentially difficult process smooth.

Gary is courteous, fast, and does excellent work. He strives to please his clients and does so. I took my car in for an estimate, after someone had hit my backend corner. My car is a couple years old, so the body and paint is still in good condition. Gary gave me an estimate, right on the spot, which was very reasonable. I took it back and had his shop do the repair, and it took only about 3-4 days, and it was beautiful when I picked it up. The bumper was perfect, as was the paint;perfectly matched and overall, the car looked new.

I had such an awesome experience with Gary. He went above and beyond to fix my car. I was hit and unfortunately, the other persons insurance sucked! Gary had to end up loosing money because the guy didnt have full coverage. Gary had an estimate and he brought his estimate way down just so I could have my car fixed! I felt so bad, but that is how great Garys customer service is. My car looks great!! Not only is he great and appreciates his customers but their work is exeptional. I totally recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Garys kinda with a crunch for time since I was leaving for school in the next three days at the time. Gary was honest about the fact he wasnt absolutely positive it would be done by the time I needed it to be, which I was fine with and went ahead with the repairs anyway. GARY ENDED UP GETTING IT DONE A WHOLE DAY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! I was shocked he got it done that early and super happy with the work he did. 10 out of 10 would come back here, Gary is one of the most honest human beings Ive every met.
