DISHONEST COMPANY: I had a small repair to make on a Honda Accord, near the back tire, that I had scraped on curb. The estimate given to me was for $540, including parts, paint, and labor. Because my insurance has accident forgiveness for repairs under $1,000, I decided to go through insurance. The bill that City Autobody sent into my insurance company, however, was for $980. Add on a hundred dollars in rental car costs, and that put total damages over $1,000 with insurance. City Autobody upped their costs by 70% to milk my insurance for more money, screwing my insurance premiums for the next three years. We were loyal customers for 13 years, but Ill never go back, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

They do excellent repairs and have restored my SUV to near new condition after two different major accidents. They are approved for dealer maintenance services, too. I am always pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work! I have changed auto insurance companies because of instructions the insurance companies gave both City Auto Body and DCH Toyota about where to obtain rebuilt and used auto parts. Ive been happy with my decision to remain with City Auto Body!

I was recomended to thier shop by a close friend. My car was smashed! I had never had bodywork done and was nervous about the process. Their friendly staff walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I was so pleased by the repairs to my car. Looks like nothing ever happened! I would recomend City Auto Body to anyone! Thanks again guys!

These guys were amazing! I got into a bit of a spot with the car and they fixed it right away and did a great job! They were fast and professional and very friendly and courteous! I hope nobody gets into an accident but if you do this is the place to go! (Plus free snacks! Haha)

When it comes to my car, I like the best for it. City Auto Body Automotive has very friendly personnel and offers an exceptional service for automobiles. I take my car there very 4 moths or so, just to make sure my car is running fine.
