This company first promised my work would be done in about 3 weeks--it eventually took more than 7, and, for at least 3 of those weeks, my car sat untouched while they simply decided to deal with "more important" clients. In that time, many of the parts to my car that had arrived in their shop undamaged, were lost or "inadvertently" thrown away. When I got my car back, I found that the left steering knuckle (which they were paid to replace) was left unbolted to the strut--an oversight that could have caused a major accident. The bolt was simply missing. The sub-frame was unattached to the bumper--another major part that they were paid to install. In fact, one of two attachment arms was completely missing (the other was found in the back seat of my car), and when I queried directly the mechanic who worked on the car, he admitted that he had forgotten to remove it from the old sub-frame, and it was subsequently thrown away. The wheel-well-liner was also missing completely, and they not only could not find it, they first tried to accuse me of removing it myself (for what purpose??), and then when their own photographs proved that it was on the car while in their shop, they simply refused to replace it. In fact, the owner, Mark Holland, became so belligerent when I asked him to replace the liner, that he began using offensive language and physically threatening me. In addition, though they had verbally contracted to align the front wheels, they did not do that work either. They then refused to make right any of their oversights or omissions. Furthermore, they removed trim from the undamaged side of my car, breaking or losing all of the necessary attachment clips, and then refused to replace any of those as well. While doing work in the engine compartment their mechanic removed the entire air filter system from my car, as well as electrical attachments and wiring harnesses, and then simply left the pieces lying loose under the hood or in the back seat of my car. They subsequently refused to reinstall any of it. With no other recourse, I eventually took them to small claims court and won (the "enormous" total of $867!), which they did not pay. During the first trial, they even had the audacity to have their hired lawyer show up in court and pretend to be a disinterested "character witness" for PCAB. If your only "character witness" is your paid lawyer, that alone should speak volumes for the issue of character and integrity. The appeal is still pending [see below]. Be forewarned: they may very well fix some things on your car, but if something is left undone, overlooked, misaligned, or, heaven forbid, lost or damaged on your car, it was not my experience that PCAB will work with you to correct it. ADDENDUM: This case went to small claims court twice, since PCAB refused to pay the first judgment and appealed the judges decision. Mr. Hollands prior response to my first posting, indicating that I somehow went home after retrieving my car from PCAB and randomly decided that I wanted them to have done more work than they contracted for is belied by the fact that this case has now gone before two separate judges and they (PCAB & Mark Holland) have lost both cases based on the merits of my claim. After losing the second case as well, they (Mark Holland) had the audacity to call me and not only attempt to manipulate me to into removing my review of PCAB from this site by withholding payment until my compliance, but he also threatened to do his best to publicly malign my character and integrity. I have absolutely nothing to gain by posting this review, so you may want to examine the other negative reviews and ask yourself if this is really the kind of place you want to trust with major repairs to your car or truck.

I visited Pacific Coast Auto Body this week for a broken interior door handle on my Volvo. I didnt know what to expect, since I had never had to go to an auto body shop by myself. I was greeted by Dakota (manager) and he took a look at the car. Dakota was able to remove the door panel and locate the problem with the handle. With some ingenuity and creativeness, they were able to fix the door handle very quickly! I was so impressed!! They were so professional and easy to work with, he didnt even charge me for the fix. :) SMILES ALL AROUND. Thank you so much Pacific Coast Auto Body and Dakota (Treats will be on there way.) :-D

I was looking for an affordable place to fix a door on my truck. My truck is not brand new and I didnt need to spend a ton of money. The son of the owner was beyond friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. He needed to ask his father to come out and look at the door because it was a really tricky fix. Not only did they fix the door, it looked liked the accident never happened. Pacific Coast Auto Body delivered a great product, at a great price, with great customer service. To top it off, they came in with the best quote out of 3 places I visited. This place gets a 5 star rating from me!!

I had a great experience with Pacific Coast Auto Body. The service and quality of work were exceptional and the body work done on my truck looked great. I had severe damage on my front bumper and I handed it off to them to fix. I dont know much about cars, but they did a great job. Also, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful towards my needs as a customer. My only recommendation is for them to add a more creative appeal to their location, otherwise everything was excellent!

I would not take my car anywhere else! I have used Pacific Coast and time and time again the have exceeded expectations. They are friendly, on time if not early, reasonable and use the best parts. They really inform you what is going on with the car and insurance as well. I even had a relative drive from a long distance to use them and they were SUPER happy as well. Bravo Pacific Coast for knowing what old fashioned service, value and results are all about.

I would NOT take my car to this company every again. They gave us a quote for the car and fixed the damages and then raised the price on us. They were not very friendly or welcoming. Think twice before taking your car to this place. The damages were not fixed completely and I had to take it to another body shop to get the job done properly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Had 2 cars fixed here. One was an insurance job, and they helped us with the claim and did a great job on the car. The other time we paid out of pocket and they gave us a reduced rate and still did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!!
