I would give them zero stars if I could. When I dropped my car off at Xtreme on a Monday morning I was told it would ready by Friday afternoon. It wasnt. It wasnt ready for 19 days!! I was notified at work 30 minutes before they closed that my car was ready to be picked up. I couldnt pick it up until the following day then when I picked it up I was asked why I took so long coming to get it because it had been ready for 2 days. This place has the worst communication. As if that wasnt bad enough I found a 4" chip on the paint of my car door which was not there when I left the car! This wasnt even the area of the car they worked on. I was told I would be contacted to set up a date to bring my car back to be repaired. I was hesitant, but wanted my car fixed. Needless to say, I was never contacted. Finally after I contacted them 3 times and 3 weeks after the fact, I was able to bring my car back in for what was supposed to be done same-day. Instead they kept it another 4 days, couldnt find my key when I went to pick my car up, and they painted over the doors keyhole. I didnt bother saying anything because its not even worth it. I just wanted to be done with Xtreme. This place is the worst!! Inferior Customer Service: they act like theyre doing you a favor and not being paid; Dreadful Communication: they dont follow up or follow through; Mediocre Workmanship: half assed job fixing their mistake. Bottom line: Dont take your car to Xtreme Auto Collision. There are plenty of other places to take your car. The work they did to my car didnt cost me a dime (except my wasted time and frustration), but I will never go back to Xtreme or recommend them to anyone EVER!!!

I was very impressed with the work That Extreme Auto Collision did on my Lexus IS250. The staff was friendly and professional. They made it easy checking in my car and Extremes in-house rental car service took all the troubles of having to wait for a car rental service to pick me up. When my car was ready for pick up, the friendly staff walked me to my car for inspection and let me take my time on inspection. The Owner of Extreme was present at the time of pick up made an effort to Greet me and check to see if I was happy with the work. The Owner let me know if I was not happy with the work, to bring the car back and they will make it right. I would highly recommend Extreme Auto Collision if you need any body and painting work done to your car, minor or major.

Very Unprofessional! They had my car for two weeks and told me it would be ready on a friday, ended up calling before picking it up and was told that my car wasnt going to be ready until monday because they were still trying to put it together. Keep in mind they were only replacing a door. Then again on monday i called and the owner told me it would be ready by 1pm, got there at 12:45 but didnt leave til 2:30 because they were still working on it. I would not recommend this place. Plus they broke my back light and tried to glue it. The staff was also very rude and unprofessional with customers. Not going there ever again! if you want to be dissatisfied, this place is really good at that.

WOW!!! I had an unfortunate event with my new car it was backed into with a box truck. I was really upset about everything. After going shop to shop i walked into xtreme collision and the first thing that grabed my attention was the certification through hynduia wich gave me confidence and the staff and John treated me as if they knew me i felt a big differnce from the other shops! Being they were certified through hyundai i was worried about price but when the estimate was done i was shocked they actually beat the other qoutes without looking at the ones i had! When it was all said done my car actually looks better then i got it! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Omg I am so overjoyed and pleased with the work that xtreme auto collision has done on my car! My car looks like a brand new car just droven off the lot! You would never tell it was in a collision! Xtreme auto collision staff, were very friendly and professional . When they said my car would be ready it was! And also they washed and detailed my car!! They just went above and beyond my expectations! I recommend to any of you who need wrk done on your car to go to them first! Their work speaks volumes!! I had a accident and I called up the guys at Xtreme Auto. They took care of me from the moment they picked up the phone. I was truly impressed and grateful for how professional and friendly they are. The repairs where done way faster then I couldve ever thought was possible. I wouldnt go anywhere else for any collision repairs! They made me feel better about getting in a accident. Xtreme Auto Collision is the best repair shop in fresno. So friends, if you have a oh crap moment and bust up your ride, then hit up John and the rest of staff at Xtreme. Trust me, youll start feeling better right after that phone call.

My insurance company recommended this business for my car repairs after an accident. I had good communications with the owner John, and everyone else I spoke to at this business. I felt like they were very interested in keeping me informed of the steps along the way and took pride in their work. My car looks great. Im not even kidding when I say that it looks better now than it did before the accident. Ive seen some botched up body work in the past that friends have had done, and I was a little bit nervous about looking at the finished product, but I was very happy to see my baby glistening like new.

The staff were very friendly and kept us updated on the status of the repairs. They were very detailed on what needed to be done and what was being repaired. When we went to pick up our Tahoe the service was quick and very friendly. The owner met us outside and talked to us about the vehicle and what was done. The fact that they provide life time warranty to all parts replaced is great. We are very pleased with the job and service provided. Thank you. We would recommend Xtreme auto Collision to everyone that needs auto service.

The shop provided great service! They were friendly and professional with every encounter. I felt taken care of! They communicated well, and answered any questions along the way. And to top it all off I got my car back in excellent condition! They have great customer service skills. The owner seems to take great pride in the services that his shop provides. They made an inconvienent situation as convienent as possible with an in-house rental service and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
