Wanting something healthier than fried food we went to El Pollo Loco. It was 10 minutes before closing time and we wanted to order an 8 piece chicken meal but we were turned DOWN. The worker said it was too close to closing time and they DID NOT want to cook any more food. I do not understand why you would turn away customers, I guess they did not want to work or something. So we left and went to another fast food chain across the street. We will NOT be returning to El Pollo Loco again.

Love me some El Pollo Loco! I had a chichen crunchy taco and side salad. The taco shell was cracked already. They stuck big pieces of lettuce in it which made it fall out of the taco when I picked it up! The first bite made the taco shell fall apart. Too bad. I love crunchy tacos. Back to the drawing board with this one! The service was good and the people were great. I wont order this again. Liza M.

Love their BRC and Jalapeno hot sauce. They have an extensive list of vegetarian/vegan options with a list of substitutions on their website, an uncommon but extremely welcome occurrence for those with different diets, that being said I have found a piece of chicken in my BRC before so Im not sure they take ingredient separation very seriously if thats important to you.

Foods good but they always give me the regular dressing every time I ask for the light dressing. Its almost like they dont even check your order since it clearly says it on my receipt. Carelesness
