Did not have a good experience. First pass was longer than Id asked for. She seemed momentarily annoyed about doing it over, but more importantly made an absolute hash of it. Uneven, choppy, and left a huge section in the back at the original length. I didnt realize how bad it was until I got home and my roommates laughed at it. Had to go to another barber to clean it up. Lastly, at $20 shes asking $8 more than other similar shops in the area.

Not a mind blowing experience. A pretty average barbershop nestled in a small shopping plaza. Haircuts are $20 which, for what you get, is a bit too high. The services arent really barbershop-esq and the talent is underwhelming. Its an experience that wouldnt outperform a Supercuts. Felt a bit rushed too. Ill keep looking for the classic barbershop---one that uses hot towels, shaving cream, and straight razors. This outfit doesnt really cut it.

Horrible experience! Not only was she uptight about bringing a dog and even after proposed the dogs service records she on one hand claimed it was illegal to have a dog but she wasnt sure about the law when the dog is fully licensed. Fine. So i left my dog in my car went back to only tell me she "cant take me" because she has 3 other appointments lined up. Waste of time, wont try coming here next time.

This place is a joke. I have short hair so it took ~6 minutes to cut it. The lady spent the entire time complaining about how expensive everything has become in Mountain View, and then charged me $22... Bad haircut overall too which I realized when I got home and noticed everything was uneven. AVOID

I am a somewhat typical Australian male and so am completely inarticulate when it comes to hair. Rob took one look at me and said cut to a medium length all round, right?. Well, spot on. Clean, tidy, and efficient but best of all bloke friendly :-)

Just moved to this area and my husband took my son and himself here for a cut. Both haircuts were bad and cost too much ($18). Plenty of salons in the area that can do better for less. Stay away from this one.

I went to this place on a whim last week and ended up getting a fantastic haircut. Deb did a great job and knew exactly how to cut my hari. Im looking forward to going back next month.

Worst haircut of my life. Not even remotely symmetrical and a bald patch where she went too deep. My standards for a haircut are pretty low, but this barber was a bad joke.
