I just moved from Sunnyvale to scenic Eugene, Oregon. I dont miss the traffic. I dont miss the surly, aggressive attitude of all the upwardly mobile overachievers. I sure dont miss the outrageously high cost of living. But I will miss having my hair cut by Bob at Century Barber Shop. His shop is like a portal into small-town America, where you know the barber, and you know he takes pride in giving you the perfect haircut at a reasonable price. He pays careful attention to the details and doesnt get too bogged down in idle chatter about the football scores and politics. Just enough friendly banter to make you feel like a welcome neighbor in a pleasant community, at least for those few minutes in the barber chair.

Came here because it had good reviews and it wasnt to far away. Ended up leaving right away as soon as I heard him say he didnt take credit cards. Its 2017 how do you not take credit cards? Not gonna lie that wasnt the real reason I left, The place smelled really bad and I dont think the barber has really good experience. If you want to give your kid a simple buzz cut or you dont really care about your appearance then this is your spot.

The owner is a very friendly old man. But the haircut I got from one of hos employees was one of the worst in my life. My neck feels like theres hot lava placed on top.

The Owner has been cutting hair in that shop for 50+ yrs... He cleaned me up in 20 minutes for $13, this will be my go to barber shop for the foreseeable future
