My stylist was kind and did her best but it was simply not a hundred dollar updo nor what I asked for. I asked for hair with volume, off my face and neck. My hair turned out in my face and sitting directly on my neck with little to no volume. I felt like the stylist ignored me when I explained what I wanted/needed. Immediately upon walking out of the store my hair was blown by a small gust of wind and got very messed up! I went back in. She fixed it. I walked out. The same thing happened again! No they dont control the weather but how will my updo hold up to a day at a wedding if it cannot even stand up to a small gust of wind. Just 2 hours later I returned again because my hair was falling out completely. While they did "fix" my hair and give me a refund it was just a disaster. My hair looked awful, worse than before. The whole experience took almost 4 hours and I was very nearly late to the wedding I was attending. Honestly, what should have been a fun and happy day was ruined by this catastrophe.

I went to this salon for hair coloring. The hair dresser, Myla, did a lousy job. Instead of doing a partial color, as I had wanted, she pasted the color all over the hair. The color was supposed to be permanent. It came off in just ten days!!! I called three times regarding this problem and left messages for Myla as well as the manager. However, they never responded to my messages. In conclusion, I think this is a very unprofessional salon which provided very shoddy and unacceptable service.

I called and was confirmed for an appointment. However after driving 15- 20 mins to the salon when I reached was told we had a walk in and since we close after that - we cant accommodate you. No call - no information. Just gave the spot away. They finally relented after I asked for the owners phone number. Very poor experience.

The salon feel very luxurious and nice vibe. Lou styles has been my barber for a few years hes an amazing barber better character, always professional and will provide excellent service. One small downside is he is always booked so call and make an appointment a week or 2 in advance

We have been going to this place for years. The lady with the first review sounds like she made up the stuff. Never heard of anyone talking like that. Too much!! Anyways, the staff are nice here and they cut hair good. Great job guys.
