Dont bother. For starters, the barber shop is shabby and only has one large mirror behind the chairs, which are all used facing the wall without a mirror. I came in to find a man sitting on chair (dressed as a barber) at the entrance of the establishment, just looking out. I said hello, and didnt get any reply other than a mumbled name towards the door inside the barber, from which an Asian lady appeared, inviting me to sit down at the chair. She spoke English with a very thick accent and sometimes I couldnt understand what she was saying, just as much as she didnt understand my replies, causing us to repeat ourselves several times about what kind of haircut I wanted. She also asked strange questions like "When was the last time you cut your hair? 3 month, 6 month?" I have no idea how that was a relevant question. Despite the questions and my answers regarding "hair over the ear, yes, no?" - "yes please, a bit covering the ear, about halfway" she used a trimmer and cut my hair short enough to not even touch my ears, something I was unhappy about. Then after doing the back of the head she was ready to hand me a mirror and ask me what I though, when I obviously still had very long hair in front. I said it was short enough already in the back but she had to cut the front because it was too long and covered my eyes. She went on very slowly to cut more hair in front, slowing to a halt every once in a while to look and trim a single strand here and there. I honestly was afraid of what kind of haircut I was getting because there was no mirror whatsoever in the direction I was facing. Just a shabby wall with a cupboard. At one point, she asked me something I couldnt decipher and after I tried to understand what she was saying twice she mumbled "it no matter, its OK" and continued cutting. The barber meanwhile never said a word the whole time I was in there and just kept sitting on his chair by the door talking on the phone about the brisket he had had the day before. It was a very awkward haircut and I found myself turning as much as I could when she was changing cutting utensils to see how my hair was turning out on the mirror behind me. Finally she gave me a mirror and let me see how it turned out. It was short, a little shorter than I wanted, ( I repeatedly told her I wanted 3 fingers off and a little covering the ear on the side of the head, but she cut around the ears completely - no hair touching the ear). But the haircut was ok. Still, the whole experience was not something I liked very much so even though I tipped 18% I wont be returning there again. I was the only customer for the duration of the whole time I was there, I suspect they may have a handful of customers a day. I recommend the barber be a little more active in acknowledging and cutting his customers hair instead of letting the Asian lady do his work for him, she seemed very unsure of what to do, and took a long time to cut my hair. haircut was $18, styling $25. EDIT: The lady also kept asking me at the end if I wanted her to do my eyebrows. I mean honestly, I should have to reply to this question only once and not repeatedly like I had to and frankly, I came in for a haircut, not fashion advice about my eyebrows.

Dont bother!? ... Dont bother reading the other reviewers post because he doesnt know what he is talking about. Try introducing yourself next time buddy. You leave a long winded negative rant about a place you dont like but wont give a word about places you like... Negative nancy???? you be the judge. This place has a good old fashioned barber shop feel. If you cant appreciate that, go to a salon or some franchise shop because that is where you belong :) Ive been getting my hair cut at Westmoor for over 25 years now. Tom always does a great job. I know with confidence when I go in to get my hair cut Im going to come out looking good.
