I decided to try this shop yesterday and had an ok experience initially. The next morning, I looked at my hair and noticed that the back and sides had inconsistent lengths even though they had used clippers. This has never been an issue with other barber shops - typically they will look over the areas that they used clippers and trim anything that was out of place with scissors / etc. So, I called and asked the manager whether I could come in and have the uneven ends trimmed. She agreed, and used clippers again to trim the back and sides. I thought I saw some uneven areas with hair sticking out in places and asked if she could trim it. She told me that it was impossible because she had already used clippers...she also told me that my eyes were being fooled because my hair was lighter blond in some spots. This manager wasnt really interested in making me happy but in protecting / supporting her staff and was only apologetic in a cursory manner. Ive never been to a barber shop where there was less effort made to address issues raised by a customer. There are several better places to get your hair cut and I will be returning to them.

I was in town for work and needed a beard trim and lineup. Absolutely impressed with all aspects of Weldon so much so that Im willing to drive from Portland to Kirkland just to have these services done again. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. At Weldon its worth every cent! Now if theyll just open shop is Portland and show the other barbers how it done!
