SMART-reg International has been in business for over 30 years, The Robots has been our go-to printer for 25 years. When I first visited The Robots to drop off my very first print job I was expecting to be greeted by Robbie the Robot or some other metallic figure. But to my surprise I was greeted by a real human... Jim Hall. He has been the miracle man for my conventional & digital printing needs. And as well as the complete solution which includes bindery and foil stamping, if your needs are on the high end. It’s too bad that the highest number of stars available is five, with his customer service and customer satisfaction The Robots warrants a BIG TEN.

Jim at The Robots does quality work at great prices, plus its a pleasure to work with such a nice person. We literally had to stop the press on one annual newsletter because of a late-breaking story--stressful for us, but Jim calmly handled everything and met our tight schedule. For another newsletter, we needed help formatting the photo bleeds for printing, and he connected us with a graphic artist who did this for us at a reasonable price. We are a nonprofit with a tight budget and high standards -- very happy with everything The Robots has done for us.
