I took my printer into DPS 17 days ago. It took them about 3 days before I heard what they thought might be wrong. I figured I would need at least a toner cartridge but figured rather than screwing with it myself and finding I bought the wrong one or whatever Id have someoen else do it while I work on what I do. I took it in, found after a few days they thought that maybe it might be a toner cartridge, that it would be a couple more days because theyd need to order it. It had been about 15 days when I called a few days ago. I found out they still hadnt got the toner. The lady said shed call me back with an update. I didnt get a call. I called today and found out supposedly they got the wrong toner in and that it would be a few more days, probably. I told them I wanted my printer back. The freaking thing is in Salem? Salem? You gotta send my printer to Salem to change a toner cartidge? I dropped the thing off in Tigard!!!! What in the world are you guys doing???

Awesome!!!! Bob Deenin and the staff are great! They will not only sell you quality equipment, but they stand behind it. We are constantly bugging them to walk us through setting up another computer to wirelessly print to our awesome printer that they sold us, and they help us everytime. Thanks guys, Tami

very arrogant and standoffish. asked if they can repair a printer, they didnt even bother to research, just passed a back elsewhere. check w/ computer repair places, their staff is much more knowledgeable even w/ printers
