Me - "The last 3 or 4 times I was here to print stuff off my computer, the system wouldnt connect and everybody just sorta said gee, I dont know. Do you know if its working today?" Employee: "Probably not. Our power has been out and the system is probably down" Me: "Well, can I use your thumb drive to pull the stuff off my computer and print it?" Employee: "No. We dont let anybody use our thumb drive any more." Back in the car, back into traffic, back on the freeway to find another location. Fantastic.

Always rude and try to charge you for a FedEx box. I sent my husband to get a box and shipping label ((e ran out of the preprinted lables). He came back with nothing. This was the 2nd time this has happened to him where he refuses to go back. I have to go to Pacific Avenue for good service.

To be honest, I didnt know how to fax and the employees helped me fax a document step by step. It was very reasonably priced.

Ive always had good service here. They do get busy at peak times. Like most businesses, avoid lunchtime if you can.
