this is the fourth (and final) time I will be going to this company for our jobs. Out of the four visits weve made to this company, weve been belittled or treated not-so-nice three of those times, by the two owners I believe. the single time Ive been treated nicely (which is a HUGE part of customer service) it was by the in-house graphic designer, even at right-at-closing time! she was awesome! but this last experience I believe was once again with the owner, an older gentleman with glasses. I felt that he was undertrained in doing a front counter print company job, and this particular job was not very big and I didnt have cash and was going to use my debit card for the purchase. his curt response was dont you have a couple of bucks? and then was informed that there would be a large extra charge to use a debit card. I came here out of convenience and time constraints but really NEEDED the work, and honestly its not worth it in any way to return there. Its too bad, because this company is close to our office, they do good work, and we have large print jobs that we do at least TWICE a week. but the customer service is a tremendous downer, so I guess its back to OFFICE DEPOT for us. very sad indeed.

I recently visited this local business for printing services. and after sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes, I was greeted by an older gentleman with glasses. I began to describe the product that I was interested in, and he had no idea what I was talking about. He began to attempt to tell me what I was talking about, he was incorrect. I was directed to find a sign and take a photo. After driving around olympia for over 2 hours I found a sign.. returned to the store, and showed him the picture. He then repeated what I wanted, as if he knew the entire time. After telling him which colors I wanted, he told me that I would not be happy. I have investors paying for my project, and money wasnt an issue. He than began to call me "Kid" and disrespectfully scuff at what I was saying. I have several hundred print jobs that I need done each month, and I can say with confidence: I will never return to MinuteMan. Think twice before you do.

I have been using Jim and Clo Foote at Minuteman Press for over 10 years now. They have always given me great service including giving me quotes for different quantities so I can make better decisions. Ive had their design staff put together several mailers and ads for me and the work has been great. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else for my printing and direct mailer needs. The people are great. I had been going there periodically for printing company documents on some odd shaped paper for which I made things complicated for them. They just rolled with and we always had success. Ive recently been going in there a couple of times a week for wedding invites. So many people get theirs online but, finding that so complicated, I decided to go see Jim. He had work with Chloe and Elizabeth who helped come up with what we envisioned but better. Great job and great price. AJ

Minuteman Press went above and beyond for me when I brought my wedding invitations there to be printed. They spent two hours with me making sure that they would turn out exactly how I wanted.
