As good as HealthQuest at half the price. A few too many people fail to re-rack weights (even some trainers). Also sweat towels are usually inexplicably absent from the shelves designed to hold them on 2nd floor. Still, best option in Napa.

Gym is spacious, clean and great views. Has a steam, sauna, hotub and indoor/outdoor heated pools which I have never had any trouble finding a free lane to swim in. <3

By far the best gym in Napa. Great staff, 2 pools, jacuzzi, steam room, day care, river views while doing cardio. Excellent classes and weight section.

Good equipment, but poorly ran. Watch out for misinformation, and dont let them mischarge you or it will take at least a month for a refund
