Well... The gym is pretty good. The guy sitting there cannot take his eyes from his computer even to answer a quick question. He checked me in without looking me in the eye and when I tried to ask him a question now, he would keep reading his computer screen. During the time I was there trying the gym he was all the time on his laptop. Is this a silicon valley start up or a neighborhood friendly gym! Oh well... I guess thats the new San Francisco!

Has everything I need in terms of treadmills, ellipticals, and weight machines in a clean, airy, sunny environment. Super nice management, and even though I dont have a dog and dont need their dog facilities, its a nice option. I go daily at various times and never had to wait to use anything.

They cater to your pooches with doggy-socials and such. Despite the high-doggy-traffic the gym does not smell like dog nor have dog hair floating everywhere. If it wasnt for the name/dog pictures hanging all over you wouldnt even know they were there.

Convenient, clean, and uncrowded. Great hours. Tho its small, it has all the equipment you need to work out. The machines are new and in good shape. Its not a mega-gym. There arent showers or duplicates of weight machines. No hot tub/ steam room.

Went here with a buddy to get a quick workout. Odd surprise - they have a dog sitting area! The equipment was nice, clean and no out-of order signs unlike the 24xx... that Im a member of. We also met with the owner - very pleasant lady.

It literally has everything you need for a gym in the city - reasonable prices, great staff, super clean (smells fresh all the time), variety of high-end equipment, and its dog-friendly! The dog lounge is adorable. What a fresh concept!

An experienced (and nice) fitness trainer showed me how to use the machines Never seems crowded and has everything I need. Its perfect place to get in a good overall workout in a short amount of time. My husband and teen signed up, too.

Not too crowded, but super convenient, especially for a niteowl. Their weight machine selection is good and I get in a fully body workout. BTW, the other people who go there are very polite and nice, which you dont see in the big gyms.

Flexible hours, clean, not too crowded and affordable! If you go to the gym solely to use exercise machines, this is the gym for you. If youre looking to Zumba, sauna, steam or stock up on muscle milk look elsewhere.

When you sign up you get a card that lets you in and out of the gym (which is usually locked) from 5am to 11pm. It was never too crowded when I was there, and I usually went at the peak workout hour of 6pm.

Great equipment! Friendly owners. You cant beat the convenience and my dog loves to go there for some playtime... allowing me to get my workout without feeling guilty about leaving him at home!
