Wow - Where do I even start? Our family drove an hour and half each way to come bring our $50 application fee so they could run our credit - which HAD to be done in person. While we were there (for over an hour) we dealt with some of the most unprofessional and rude people Ive ever encountered in the rental industry. Our application was flawless - More than enough money in our bank accounts, excellent income of over $12,000 per month, etc. and they just kept seriously LOOKING for a reason not to rent to us...? I offered to even pay a year in advance (NOT an issue with our credit - our scores are both over 800) and was openly told by the lady from upstairs who finally graced us with her presence to go over our application that she thought it was really "sketchy" and "shady" that we would want to pay that type of cash up front. (She actually ROLLED her eyes!!!) Ummm... ok? We have the cash... and I like to be prepared... so I was just offering so it could be one less thing for me to worry about... but fine, no worries, I can easily just pay it monthly. She then proceeded to completely BASH the previous tenant who had lived in the home (as if this had ANYthing to do with us...). To be clear - we are a married couple with 3 small children... super shady, let me tell you! Finally, when I tried to GIVE THEM MY MONEY to run our credit, they wouldnt take it... saying they had to "do a little research into the property" before they did that. uhhhh excuse me? So she said I could "LEAVE THE CASH" with her and if they didnt think we would be a good candidate that she would MAIL IT BACK TO ME?????? Ehhhrrrmmmm...... Nerp. After the hemmed and hawed over our squeaky clean application for an hour... they finally determined "Ohhhhhh you have a dog.... yeaaaaa that wont work!" - Which, just to be clear, wasnt an issue until they couldnt find a single other reason not to rent to us? We left there being told that they would call me back "Asap" to let me know if our application would be considered (which is should have been because we were openly told that we were the very first to submit...) I still have not received a call... and at this point, Im glad. I truly have no idea why in this world they dont want to rent their properties out to qualified homeowners with amazing credit and more than enough money to pay their rent... plus an outstanding history of rental payment timeliness... but if I was the owner of that home, Id be seriously upset that they let people like us go... 3 hours of driving later... we are still looking for a northern OC rental... if anyone knows of anything, hahaha!!!

I am driven and I want my realtor to be just as motivated for me as I am for myself. I want someone that will write up an offer, even IF it isnt what the seller is likely to accept! Someone who isnt afraid of hurting their feelings, but instead will work for both sides to come up with a price that ultimately makes everyone happy! That is Donna Chudzicki and her team of professionals! I have dealt with many realtors on my way to finding Donna Chudzicki and I knew my search was over the day we met and began our business relationship. Since meeting and working all of these years with Donna I have been in contact through our many dealing transactions, with many more realtors and hands down, Donna and the entire Chudzicki team is a class above the rest! Now my dealing include working with Donnas girls; Shelly and Shannon Chudzicki and they too work tirelessly on every project we do together. With such a team of stars behind me, always looking out for me, I have amassed such a great portfolio of properties I cant even believe it myself! The most recent ones being less then three months ago. IF YOU ARE EVER LOOKING FOR QUALITY AND COMPETENCE YOU REALLY NEED THE CHUDZICKI TEAM BEHIND YOU!!!

Beware, her and her daughter, Shelly, are the worst realtors with a licenses, that I have ever encountered and I have dealt with tons of agents over 35 years. I am retired broker/certified appraiser and believe me they can close the deal to get a listing, and they will put what their marketing plan was in the listing, but they do minimal within what they say in the listing what they will do. Never got a copy of the listing until I thought listing was ready to expire and then found out they a sneaked a 1 year listing in. I never hear from them unless I call them, their ads have been spot ads for a property that is worth over a million, even Zillow states that. Would not release listing without me paying them back for their "Marketing Cost" which we all know can be padded, because they lump you on a page with 12 other listings and your spot is 1.5 X 1.5 and you cant even see property photo to get someones attention. Seriously disappointed and am being held hostage. Yes I am unhappy, but dont put yourself in the same position with these people, there are much better agents out there

I would NEVER recommend this agency. I received a letter (May 2017) asking if I had a home for sale - but I have never owned a home in the area. I did manage a trust for my mother who died in 2006. The agent (Ms. Perkins), seems to have avoided doing her research before helping a client. Id look for an agency with more attentive agents.
