Pamela Bergman-Swartz of Blackstone Realty made a very difficult task of trying to sell a property while out of state much easier than expected. She really went above and beyond. She brought in a stager for the house and created a masterpiece. She made reasonable recommendations and supported us through the entire process. Because of her help and expertise, we accepted an offer on our California home after just 4 days on the market, and for $5,000 above our asking price. I would recommend Pamela Bergman-Swartz to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home. She was honest, fair and extremely helpful.
